He is innocent of art. 6 infractions. He isn't innocent of art. 1 infractions. When people here talk about Moggi being innocent it's about the art. 6 allegations which sent Juventus till Serie B and robbed the club from their titles.

In regards to the art. 1 infraction, an example is when Moggi and Giraudo visited the referees lockeroom after the game against Reggina and yelled at Paparesta for his preformance. It is allowed to visit the lockeroom before and after the games, though strictly forbidden duringe halftime. But it is not allowed, in anytime, to disrespect the refs.

If you know swedish, this article would have helped you: http://calciopoliskandalen.wordpress.com/2010/10/26/facchettopoli-vem-var-varst/

But I guess you dont know the language. Google Translate?

Regards,
It's good that you found Google translate in the end.

Generally i don't like that but this case really requires some ''I told you so''. There was no reason to believe we cheated from the beginning and absolutely there was no reason to attack those who don't believe the story published by gazzetta.
Just like there was no reason to call the others Inter fans, fake fans or whatever we were called.

yo turk, explain me sth here..what's with all that "i told you so" thing? we didn't won anything..is there a big news here and i don't saw it ?
There is nothing to win, we didn't lose anything in beginning. We had nothing to prove, since they haven't told us which game was fixed, which referee was sold. We didn't even know what was our guilt yet some of us were determined to prove Moggi is mastermind and our history is dirty. Because that made them ''cool''. They thought they have to say something extraordinary to gain attention. At this moment none can deny that calciopoli was a setup anymore.

Yes. That's called getting in line. Being afraid of commiting the big violation of thinking outside the box. The 'mainstream' box. People of that kind would call a green apple purple if the mainstream told them so.

It all comes down to critical thinking. Challenging authority.

For example: The bullshit story the US has presented about 9/11 is a bigger fars than the story the Gazetta in 06 told us about Calciopoli. How many dears to challenge it?

Instead people line up, bends down and waits to get raped. I for one cant respect that.
