Haha In Italy when you have a certain level of familiarity with a person you address them as “tu”. If it is a person that you must respect or a person you are less familiar with you say “lei”. It’s like Spanish where you can use “tu” or “Usted”.

Acelotti’s main argument was that De Santis and Moggi were so friendly that they would refer to each other as “tu” as opposed to “lei”.

Lawyer Gallinelli: You said De Santis refererred to Moggi as “tu”
Ancelotti: Yes
Avv. Gallinelli: And to the players?
Ancelotti: He would say “tu”
Avv. Gallinelli: And You?
Ancelotti: He would refer to me as “tu”

Solid argumet Carlo, thanks for showing up.

Regarding the 1-0 win ove Milan, maybe I’m thinkig of another game but wasn’t the referee Collia ad didn’t he hate us and go to secret dinners with Galliani and Meani?

In ay case Gattuso couldn’t have seen Moggi go in that direction at half time because of how the Meazza is. The player and referee dressing rooms are on opposite sides of the stadium. That is the argument they got Figo with.
He argued that De Santis was unsually friendly with Moggi because he adressed him with "tu", the same way Ancelotti was adressed himself by De Santis? Am I missing something?

Hi all,
I think you oughta check this link

http://img32.imageshack.us/i/11052010fattopg15.png/

this is a column of Oliviero Beha, a well known italian journalist.
Please check out the fifth column.
If this stuff is true, there will a lot to laugh about.

take care and forza Juve.
I just took this part, which is the most important:

Ma c’è
anche chi dice che “si stanno trasformando
le vittime in colpevoli”.
E questo è interessante: torniamo
al tasto, quello di Bobo Vieri.
Battiamolo insieme. Nel novembre
2009 Vieri, che ha fatto causa a
Moratti perché lo aveva fatto spiare
telefonicamente dalla security
di Tavaroli & C., lasciando il calcio
giocato ha detto testualmente: “A
noi giocatori l’Inter ha imposto un
patto di riservatezza, un contratto
con la clausola che ci impegnava a
non rivelare il piano Moratti-Telecom
per far fuori le altre società
che in quel momento stavano vincendo
tutto. Io venivo pagato al
70% dall’Inter e al 30% dalla Telecom
per la quale ho assunto un impegno
pubblicitario. Il fatto d’es -
sere stato spiato mi ha convinto a
violare quel patto. Sono disponibile
a mostrare il documento in
questione”. Ora, se fosse una confidenza
del Bobo scapestrato che
conosciamo o conoscevamo, sarebbe
smentibile. Ma l’ha detto ai
magistrati, in Procura. L’ha confermato
il suo avvocato, Danilo
Buongiorno. Vieri e Tavaroli saranno
presto in aula a Napoli come
testi. Quindi o è falsa testimonianza
e Vieri si è inventato tutto,
documento compreso, o i guai per
Moratti stanno per cominciare
adesso (Tronchetti Provera come
è noto ha una specie di “leg ittimo
impedimento” a rispondere di tutto
ciò, è soltanto un testimone della
vicenda Telecom… un po’ co -
me Carraro in Calciopoli…). Altro
s p a z z a t u ra .

But there are
even those who say "you are turning
victims into perpetrators. "
And this is interesting: back
the key, to Bobo Vieri.
let's check together. In November
2009 Vieri, who has sued
Moratti because he was spied
by phone security
Tavaroli & C, leaving the football
player said quote: "All
Inter players we imposed a
confidentiality agreement, a contract
with the our employer that we undertook to
not reveal the Inter-Telecom Plan
out to other clubs
at that time were winning
everything. I was being paid to
Interaction and 70% to 30% by Telecom
for which I have made a commitment
advertising. The fact of such -
evening was spied convinced me to
violate that covenant. I am available
to show the document in
question. Now, if a confidence
Bobo's dissolute that
know or would
deniability. But he told
magistrates, prosecutors. This was confirmed by
his lawyer.
Vieri and Tavaroli will appear in Naples soon as
witnesses. So is perjury or
and Vieri has invented everything,
including document, or the trouble
Moratti is about to start
now (as Tronchetti Provera
is known has a sort of "leg ittimo
impediment "to answer all
This is only a witness to
Telecom affair ... a little 'co -
Carraro in Calciopoli me ...). More
cardboard shield that of 2006,
of which only yesterday the new Juventus
Andrea Agnelli, some 'kicking cision
with the ultras and above, has
asked the Football Association to withdraw:
We are not the end of games, such as
believe we have done for four
years, we at the end.
Other than Europeans. Before a beautiful
bit 'of broom, wherever there is
S p a z z a t u ra.

just gave it a try.
the point is that Vieri is saying that he can prove that Inter was planning to "eliminate" it major competitors with tools that nothing had to do with football.
He also says that everything was also mentioned to the various investigators.

I am really wondering if this will lead us to something...........

Vieri brought this up a long time ago and has already provided prosecutors with evidence. He will be called to testify (I believe in Milan) on a separate Telecom espionage scandal where Giuliano Tavarioli has already turned state’s witness against his former Telecom employers. He used to head up their secret “Tiger Team” (spies for hire squad).

Some of you may remember the name Caterina Platea. I wrote about her in the very beginning. She was the one who brought evidence to Milan prosecutors regarding Telecom’s illegal activities which included illegal espionage and evidence tampering. Among her list of victims were several football figures. She too worked under Tavaroli.

The Vieri angle (one of many at Telecom since they were also spying on political figures and business figures) could have something to do with us in one simple sense.

    Telecom could be completely dismantled.

Italy is corrupt through and through but Telecom was violating (allegedly) international law by spying on political figures from abroad. Someone from the LA Times even contacted me two years ago hoping I had info on it because American industrial figures were listed among those spied on.

If Italian law doesn’t do its due diligence it will be Italy’s embarrassment when international governing bodies step in. Vieri’s testimony proves Moratti’s involvement in (at the very least) the football realm. The fact that Vieri among others were not only partially paid by Telecom but ordered to silence over Moratti-Telecom plots makes them accessories and could be forced to testify.

If it were to emerge that Moratti and Telecom did create the scandal and it became evident in a trial as big as the Telecom trial (believe me its way bigger than Calciopoli) than good night Inter-Telecom-FIGC etc.

They won’t be able to defend themselves with their money because Telecom could find itself appropriated by the government.

The truth is that from a sporting perspective, if things remain as they are in terms of power, Juve will get nothing and the league won’t change. If the Telecom scandal exposes the illegal activities of people like Tronchetti and Moratti that power structure will be forever altered because Telecom won’t exist in the same way anymore.

Believe me when I say that I am way more optimistic about that trial than Moggi’s or the FIGCs. In fact, I was a bit disappointed when Moggi launched his attack because it would have been far more effective after Tavarolli’s testimony in the other trial. It’s not his fault though. The Telecom case is huge and naturally taking longer.

A couple of good scandals involving Telecom Italia should at least result in them not renewing their sponsorship of the league, which ought to help to some extent in the longer run.

When will we hear anything about the Telecom trial? I'm gonna stay optimistic on both. I knew Moratti was a corrupt mother f**ker.

Bring the pain boys...let hell reign on these pricks

probably would demand a life ban for Moggi - he can easily arm twist FIGC and make things done.
So be it. Moggi wasn't the sole reason for our success. Just because the current board members are so inept doesn't mean Moggi should be elevated to 'god like' status and that Juve can't cope without him.

I'd prefer to see the 2006 title revoked

From day one it all smelled too fishy to me that all the major clubs to some extent were involved in calciopoli except merda. So that's why, that c*ksucker moratti was tapped in by Telecom's spying s, destroyed any evidence related to merda so that everyone gets the rap but them.
Now it's merda's term to have a taste of Serie B and moratti being jailed.

And in that game Juventus were denied a clear PK and Maldini (??) was supposed to get a red card easily.

Collina used to refer to Milan as WE.

Collina was revered as a god because he never failed to fuck Juve. He was a thief. Now they want to say Collina helped us? I am the first to admit that Juve got a ton of decisions to go our way (that we didn't deserve), but not one from Collina.
