Italians do love to complain but they also love their soccer. Hopefully, the fans in Italy will be able to do something as I think those outside wouldn't do much at all.

Well written. I touched on this a while ago and see it as the only way that anything in Italy can change. They can't make us pay. The problem is in the logistics. There are 14 million Juventini in Italy. How many can you convince?

The truth is that Juve's home games are already notorious for poor turn out because most Juve fans are scattered throughout Italy and not necessarily in Turin. The real drop would have to happen with TV revenue. Juventini would have to publically announce that they are not watching and those outside the country would have to do the same. When ratings plummet the sponsors would go elsewhere.

Without Juve the league would only survive a short while. Serie A would lose most of its luster. The best case scenario would be if other fan bases joined in. Let’s be honest though. Italians like to complain. They’ll deal with something being wrong their whole lives so long as they can complain. They’d rather have their corrupt league and do nothing about it so long as they can piss and moan.
Which is why on many Italian Juventus forums there is a concensus of 'no pay TV', this is where it would cripple them. And let's be honest, right now you won't be missing much. If you really have to watch, there are streams.

And finally, after a year of desperately trying to drop out of Europe in any way possible, we finally achieved it! Congratulations! 14 losses in a single season, not to mention the CL, Europa league and Coppa Italia debacles! I am speechless!
