I think I'm gonna retire from this thread.

Thanks to gsol and others who provided all the info, but this is a lost cause. I don't need all this hoping, quickly followed by disappointment every day.

If Inter get relegated, I'll read about it in the newspapers here. :D

Its better for Moggi to retire from football forever. Whether Moggi gets his ban revoked or not is besides the point, it cannot help Juve's cause at the moment.

The problem is all about the 05/06 Scudetto, overall twas a ridiculous decision to hand it over to Inter, and even if its revoked in no way it would be handed back to Juve nor a compensation can be expected for the relegation. Its a trail built by media to spice up the story line.

How FIGC would react to the new allegations presented against Inter is another contentious issue. From the reports so far its clear there werent hyperbolic phone calls like in Moggis case that stomped him down heavily. Finally Galliani the low life snake cheating bastard, tried his best this season to push his substandard Milan squad up but he's squared more than Moratti in the recent tapes.

I really disagree. That title is the most trivial issue on the table and the papers are making a big deal out of it anyway. I think they are just foreshadowing the result of this whole thing which will be Inter's revocation of OUR title and then everything else will get swept under the rug.

I would be much happier to see them unravel the "mystery" of why Inter's calls were hidden, why Juve were relegated with no proof of article 6 violations, the 200+ million lost, Guido Rossi's nomination to the Commissioner's chair, etc. etc.

That title is ours regardless of what they say. I want the truth instead.

I'm really tired of this. We need a clean board and no more invovements with Calciopoli. I'm not saying Moggi's guilty or anything, but i do not see anything new happening related to 2006. We have suffered enough, The club needs to act fast and reach our old supremacy.
do u think the FIGC will let juve reach their old supremacy????

its obvious this is pro-inter mafia...

Maybe they will ban the others along with him. I kinda see your point.

Yeah Frosinone better gear up...Inter is coming.

They run the league guys. We'll go back before they serve 1 of the many sentences they should have.

Moggi and co should've waited for his ban to be complete, get back to the mainstream football before resting their cases, they could've avoided the life ban. Moggi for his part has shot himself in his foot, by moving towards FIGC before his ban got over, once Moratti was aware Inter would be choked, he played his part for the life ban.

Say if the Scudetto is handed back, then Moggi's ban would automatically get revoked, a heavy compensation needs to be paid, Inter get to relegated...bottomline the entire calcio would be cleaned up with several big heads getting rolled . Its all unlikely to happen. Either everything should happen or all would get rolled under the carpet. With Moggi's ban it has started to moving the other way around and with Moratti pulling the strings nothing would be revealed. At best Inter would get the same plastic punishment that Milan escaped with few years back ...10 or 20 docked points or play few matches inside a closed stadium.

As for this Calciopoli II Juventus have nothing to lose, every thing was lost before four years, the rest are all speculation from the media. Also Calciopoli as a whole is not something black and white as some two bit websites would suggest.. with some trivial reasoning posters are writing their own judgements and mocking the judiciary. I think the lawyers from both sides should be more cleverer before they throw down their towels.

The management has turned their blind eye after calciopoli and never made a strong appeal to defend the club then and football has gradually gone in a downward spiral. With Agnelli family directly involved from next season things should definitely shape up better atleast on the pitch.

I didn't mean to shit on everyone's parade here but yesterday's news really got to me. It just brought out the fact that justice in Italy is less likely than we thought.

In July the Telecom sponsorship ends. Let's hope a new face emerges and ends this bullshit.

How much more evidence to people need? This is a Federal Court judge saying that the season was legitimate and there was no illicit activity back in 2006.

    http://www.corriere.it/Primo_Piano/Cronache/2006/07_Luglio/27/sandulli.shtml

That alone should have reopened everything...in a country with civil rights.
I seriously am amazed and digusted at the way you lie to all those people here, who blindly believe anything you say, only because it says: "Juve is not guilty".

How can you all believe this person ?

He gives the link above, where he states that the Federal Court judge (Sandulli) is saying that the season Juve were relagated for, was legitimate and there was no illicit activity, when Sandulli (later on) DENIED saying anything like that:

    http://archiviostorico.gazzetta.it/2006/ottobre/18/Sandulli_Moggi_dice_falso__ga_10_061018031.shtml

Just to name one quote from there:

"I never said or wrote that the league in 2004-2005 was a regular season."

Sandulli CLEARLY says that what was written is a lie, but what is more amazing, is that gsol ALREADY KNOWS THIS, because I remember him talking back in 2008 I think, with other person on other forum, who already told Gsol the same thing I did just now, and YET HERE HE IS spreading AGAIN the same lie (WHICH HE KNOWS IS A LIE).

I seriously can't understand, how can you trust in anything he says, but it's your choice.

Because of people like Gsol, there are so many confused people after the verdict is done, because they are being told either lies, or not the whole truth, and then they think it is conspiracy or something alike. If they had the full picture of it (not just some glance), there wouldn't be as many people saying things like: "They want to silence Moggi" etc.

But as I've said. It is your choice, you can even trust Satan, the master of a lie, if that will make you happy.

What Sandulli did is called 'covering your ass'.
What it has to do with anything I've said ?

It's not important why he said it, or if he was "covering his ass".

If this is the level of inteligence of people who are writing in this thread, I'm not suprised how you all believe gsol.

The important thing is that Sandulli didn't say what Gsol stated.

Gsol LIED. Do you understand that ? He wrote something, that he already knows is not true, just because it fits his "conspiracy" theory.

Does it look like a person that you can believe in ?

I wouldn't trust his word to guard my dog, let alone believe on something as important as fate of my club.

But then again you can believe what you want as I've already said.

    EOT for me.

    Here he comes again :sergio:

Will solojuve ever give up on creating new accounts?
If this relates to my post, I can tell you that I don't know who solojuve is, and I'm not this person.
