Moggi's ban is not new. It's just an officialisation of a 2006 sentence. Who in his right mind would hire him again anyway? You guys seriously think Andrea Agnelli would even consider bringing him back?
he would not only consider, if he was a big dick player .... but he isn't

it's like bettega ... these guys are happy to be (back) in the business and just will try to not fuck it up .... you can not get into a new position and than instantly make huge changes or make new enemies... in fact you can do that, but then you'll be gone very fast again

"One thing I can guarantee the fans is that Juventus and all of its components will be strengthened with people of great calibre and experience."

And, to put the sweetners on the gloom, Elkann promised the club would make a formal request to the FIGC (Italian FA) to have Inter's 2005-06 title revoked.

"In the next few days we will ask the FA for the revocation of the 2005-06 Scudetto in accordance with what we have always believed. Rules are valid for all."

Goal.

You think Bettega didn't know what was going on? :D

Don't give up already man. Maybe the guy in your avatar might take this to a higher court. :eyebrows:
I'm really tired of this. We need a clean board and no more invovements with Calciopoli. I'm not saying Moggi's guilty or anything, but i do not see anything new happening related to 2006. We have suffered enough, The club needs to act fast and reach our old supremacy.

There is a planned protest for May 29th. It doesn't matter. We all said that they would revoke Inter's title and that would be that. Amazing. After all they caused their punishment will be the stripping of the title we won.

Don't reword this by the way. Offocialization my ass. The wording was "revisione" - revision. Hours after his friend and protege was named president...I'd say that's suspicious.

I Used to really love Italian football "in general" and watched it for years but not anymore.

It's disgusting thats the right word to describe it (not bad or crap) but disgusting.

The only thing that makes me watch that league right now in Juve and nothing else.

So Forzaa Juve and Fuck the rest !!

anyway, is that ''revoked scudetto of inter'' will be given back to us or..
No, why would they do that? To start a precedent that will lead to Juve requesting the other title and financial compensation. The FIGC is going to revoke the title and leave it vacant like the 2005 and that will be "justice" as far as they are concerned. Expect Juventus to accept and bury this with a statement claiming that they are satisfied that justice has been achieved.

Legal action I don’t see being within his scope regardless of his title because Franz Grande Stevens is still Exor’s head lawyer and will still squash any legal activity they attempt just like he and Montezemolo did in 2006. Even if I am wrong and Andrea takes it to every court in the world it wouldn’t matter. Juventus play in Serie A and Inter owns Serie A. That’s it.

This idea needs to be instilled in everyone's mind:

Juventus is the Federation's little bitch. They won’t help us because they don’t fear us.

Did Elkann just say he'll ask that inter's(OUR) scudetto be revoked BUT in no way they'll ask for the calciopoli sporting trial be re-opened?
