So the courts can always have his ban revoked, correect? Depending on the trial outcome. I fail to see exactly how they can just go back and change a ban they already agreed on.
Like Gsol said, they know Moggi is onto something. Personally I don't care what happens to him in the end as long as the other clubs get punished. I find it absolutely degrading to us how all appeals he has won did nothing for us and got him banned for life yet every phone tap paints an even more evil picture of inter and other clubs yet nothing seems to be surfacing on that. You guys don't get it. I think few people do. You guys think there will be justice? You guys think Juve will be allowed to be competitive? You guys think that the FIGC will punish Inter or give us back our titles? Compensate us?
Wake the fuck up.
The mere possibility that Moggi would be hired by Agnelli prompted his sudden lifetime ban. That's the league we play in. That is how our federation conducts its business and you guys are still dreaming of justice, money and trophies.
At this point I want Moggi to win in Civil Court because it will prove that he did nothing but he is never coming back because the FIGC won't let him. Inter will not get punished because they won't punish themselves. We won't get those titles back because Inter won't give them back. We play in their league.
This really lends credibility to the notion that the Elkunts hated Moggi because for 4 years the suspension was sufficient to the FIGC. Maybe they knew that Elkann would never hire him. Within hours of Agnelli being named they revised a 4 year old sentence with no new evidence to justify it.
If you don't like Moggi I don't care but if you can't see that they handcuffed Agnelli on his first day and that the signs of things to come are still bleak then good luck.
My days of following this sport might be drawing to a close. This is worse than boxing. Fuck Italy. I’m glad I left.
I have little/no faith in sporting courts (in most countries, let alone Italy), but I retain some faith in the real court system.

I don't understand these 'fuck moggi' idiots...Especially if they seriously don't care if he is punished further. I care...not because i respect Moggi and am desperate to see him cleared of all charges, but because he was the main reason why JUVENTUS GOT demoted, titles stripped, ruined...The more guilty he is proven, the more guilty the club is proven. And if he is proven innocent, then so is the club.

My concerns though...have been confirmed by Gsol. I was getting the feeling that others would be proven as guilty as moggi, if not more guilty, rather than Moggi proven innocent, and all innocent. Both paths are blocked. they don't exist anywhere other than in the minds and hearts of juventini the world over.
The original trials, we all now know, more than suggest that Inter control the FIGC. I mean...the people who created new punishments, then handed them to Juventus, were and are more than mildly connected with Inter. The missing phone calls??? Again...Inter knew what they were doing.
Who gained the most from our demotion? Inter.
Who controlled our demotion? Inter.
Who seems more guilty now than Juve, in light of the phone calls that Moggi has somehow got hold of? Inter.
The major interest for me here, is that I quite like Moggi now, because he is well aware of what he is up against, but still fighting. he is clearly a dodgy, extremely well connected fiend of the highest order.
I would concentrate more on our new board structure and look, the new manager and the excitement of mass change from the top to the bottom of our club which should begin today.

This is getting ugly. I think its going to get ugly but if moggi can find a way to put the FIGC in the spotlight under the world eye then italy will have to react. If not then the courts need to address this issue and just like we are doing with our board the courts will have to clean house at the FIGC.

I think you know what I mean. Evidence is evidence. You can tamper it all you like but you can hide from your own voice when it's on tape over and over and over again. It's redundant how often they broke the law with this article violations. That's what I mean. Sporting Justice in the US isn't perfect but its light years ahead of italys. If something like this happened in the US with the Yankees the entire country would shut down and piss itself.
