11:10 AM BST Auricchio could be in trouble following this, as it strengthens the accusations of evidence tampering.

11:05 AM BST "The phone call where Facchetti asks Collina about the referee grid with Bergamo was transcripted, but we thought it was not important." Some people inside the court react with laughter to Auricchio's claim. Juve fans will surely want to know how Auricchio didn't deem these of importance.

If goal.com are actually improving, and this is not an isolated bit of useful journalism, the ban may have to be reviewed.

Well, you were wrongly called such names because what you said is logical.
And you know what else is logical? Moggi's point is to prove "All innocent". He gets absolutely nothing if "All guilty" wins. His punishment will be confirmed once again and personally he gets shit if Inter are punished. He wants "all innocent" and "No Calciopoli existed" to win so his name will be cleared and directly, Juve's name will be cleared. Also, I'm assuming there will be material compensation.
So, if someone here thinks that Inter will be punished, then have in mind that it's surely not what Moggi is aiming at.
Well that's also what I have been saying lately, some members are thinking of death sentence to Moratti, getting half of Inter's squad for two old isses of Tuttosport, sending Inter to Serie D and so on....

I agree with Moggi working on the "all innocent" outcome and therefore I've been saying that nothing of what some are dreaming of will ever happen.

And I am sure that if the "all innocent" comes up, Juve will get their Scudetti back but they will not be financially compensated.

Getting the scudetti back+punishing Inter isn't logical, is it?

If we get the scudetti back that will mean that we weren't guilty, which automatically will mean that Inter aren't guilty. If Inter are punished, then it will be a confirmation that what we did was also a punishable offence so the scudetti can't be given back to us.
Urgh. :sergio:

I was merely trying to say that I wouldn't be against an Inter relegation like Nick 'for the sake of the league', but would prefer some sort of compensation over them being relegated. In other words, I'd rather us benefit from all of this than Inter going down, as we need the funds. I never even thought about the Scudetti+ part. My bad.

I think the only thing that could work for us would be that Moggi prove we were innocent (so is Inter than) and than we somehow prove conspiracy against Juve and ask for compestaion, which is IMO highly unlikely.

I want Moggi back! His team are killing that Auricciho guy so far!

11:33 AM BST Moggi's first big bombshell of the day. Smiling and looking straight into the face of Auricchio: "I want to see what they do with Auricchio now after what he said today."

That may sound nice, but it isn't relevant at the moment.
