How come Juve didn't protest about it ?
Tell him to ask Montezemolo.

How come Juve accepted to be demoted, and in fact asked for being relegated ?
They appealed it twice and never asked for relegation. (Federal Court and CONI)

How come Juve didn't deffend the triad ?
The new owners hated the triade and still do as a result of their proximity to the Andrea Agnelli side of the family. Gigi Moncalvo wrote a book on the family but it’s pretty common knowledge anyway.

How come the fans in Italy didn't make riors on the streets ?
I assume the idiot means “riots” and they did.

How come Juve till this very day doesn't want to have anything to do with Moggi ?
See prior answer.

How come Juve till THIS VERY DAY didn't say ANYWHERE officialy, that they were innocent.

They did. So did the judges of the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeals, and all Civil Courts thus far.

How is it possible that a few people can come together, and based on no evidence destroy the biggest club (at that time) with the biggest fanbase ?

Apparently by secretly recording meaningless phone calls while hiding 171,000 other calls to make it appear as though Moggi had an exclusive rapport with the referee designers and then having an ex Inter VP be appointed to the chair of trial executioner before giving him a job at Telecom as a VP.

How the most powerfull (as it was said) person in Calcio could have been accused of something he didn't do ?

Berlusconi wasn’t accused of anything.

No club after Calciopoli did so many personal changes throughout their management like Juventus. How come ?

Where the fuck is he going with that?

Cobogli Giggli after the case says: "This is new and transparent Juventus". O_O, another victim of the conspiracy.

He also said “we knew we had to accept a verdict we did not deserve in order to move forward”. The video is somewhere in this group, I remember posting it.

ALL other clubs who were involved in Calciopoli, were claiming they are innocent EXCEPT... Juventus.

So why is Moggi still in court and why does Juve still consider 29 league titles?

Even without knowing a facts, an intelligent person can only get one conclusion out of this.

That you don’t speak or understand proper English or Italian and have read fuck all about the case. What are facts anyway when you can just buy and sell your own bullshit? Interisti shouldn’t be allowed to express opinions. If he has any further questions or comments tell him to forward them to [email protected]

Getting the scudetti back+punishing Inter isn't logical, is it?

If we get the scudetti back that will mean that we weren't guilty, which automatically will mean that Inter aren't guilty. If Inter are punished, then it will be a confirmation that what we did was also a punishable offence so the scudetti can't be given back to us.
Depends, if the infractions differ than Inter could get punished for shit Juve didn't do (giving gifts, talking directly to referees, molesting little boys, etc.) but in any case nothing will conclude tomorrow. This will take a while.

Just took a look at that forum, what a horrible site :lol2:

JuBe just bought the refs for the last few matches left of the season so that they can ensure CL qualification. We can only be proud of our team if we don't win the scudetto because we have suffered from these decisions going against us.
    Love this.

gsol, do you got anything to share about the computers and rolex watches according to de Paola
If you are referring to the Roma scandal there isn’t much to it. Sensi bought Rolexes and other expensive gifts for all the referees, linesmen and designators in 2000 and admitted to it stating that they were for Christmas (apparently Christmas happens for Romanisti in September). He got a slap on the wrist fine and that was that. The league even did him a favour when Giraudo called Roma out on the fact that they had too many foreign players to be within league regulations. The league decided to increase the number of permitted foreigners in May which validated the Roma goal that Nakata scored against Juve weeks earlier and a month later Roma celebrated the scudetto with 2 points more than us.

Truth is nothing would happen to Roma then because they are “owned” by Sensi who is owned by Capitalia (bank) through massive debts. The joke over there is that Sensi doesn’t even really own the socks on his feet. At the time Carraro was the president of the FIGC and was simultaneously on the board of directors at Capitalia so he had a personal interest in keeping Roma as profitable as possible.

On a side note Lazio is also partially owned by Capitalia through their financing of Lotito’s assets and that may explain Carraro’s demands to Bergamo in the 2006 wiretaps where he says “for Lazio you call the penalty even if it isn’t there!” They were battling in the relegation zone at the time. Sounds like a Pro Juve league to me.

hate to burst your bubble guys but if inter, milan or roma get indited it will not result in juventus gaining anything... why? because juventus cheated and the court case will not clear them of that but rather if successful prove that they werent the only ones doing it... that is all... being an inter fan and italian football fan i would like to see the 05/06 scudetto getting revoked from inter, so we could no longer be known as paper champions.. and the calciopoli become dead and buried once and for all.... if any teams go down for this italian football will die and will become lower than Portugal's shitty ass league...

Investors will not pay money to watch Napoli and Fiorentina and Juventus battle for a Scudetto... italy would lose its coefficients for sure as no team in the league now, besides inter, could stand up to any other top team... in fact even the teams in the europa league were crap, imagine em in the champions league....
The main reasons WHY we can not stand up to other top teams, is that we got fucked over, our heart ripped out, relegated, stripped of titles. I care far more about Juventus than I do about italian football as a whole. If there is to be any justice, then the others must suffer the same fate as we have done. Its obviously more joyful, for a juve fan, to hope that Inter get relegated, docked points, titles stripped and have to go through the same hell we have gone through, as they are our main rivals...but truly, I say and mean, WHICHEVER CLUBS, are proven to have done as much or worse than Moggi, must be punished. Anything less will be injustice, not just to my juve eyes, but to my more basic idea of Right and Wrong...
