In court if we get our titles back, we are basically aquitted of anywrong doings. The titles were part of the consequence of us getting relegated, the courts will be bound to give us some form of compensation for the damage and mistake they incurred. i posted a few days ago the sort of things we could claim compensation for.
Thanks, this is what I was thinking regarding the compensation.

If Italian courts calculate damages in the same way as English courts our award of cash will be astronomical.

They would have to give us money for

Players we sold, not at the price we sold them for but their true value.

Loss of Champions league money

Loss of money for being in B instead of A

T.V revenue

Defamation of our club in public.

Court + Litigation fees
here salv :)

me three,
i'm simply hypothesising, it's quite unlikely that the courts will be willing to blemish Italian football yet again. But having said that justice must be dealt equally so it will be intersting to see what happens, especially ina country with some dodgy courts such as Italy.

the laws are the same for everybody...if they invented a penalty to punish juve, that "law" will be the same for inter too. So yeah, i have my hopes high.

But like I said Italian courts do come to some pretty dodgy decisions, there is a hell of a lot of influence politically, it wouldn't be wrong to argue it's corrupt.

you're right..this is all that i'm afraid of..corruption but if you think that a big club like juve with all it's influence didn't escape...and all the eyes of the world are on this trial, i'm sure there will be severe punishments. I just hope they won't be easy and gave -10 points at the start of the future championship or sth like that.

2006 - capello left juventus for real madrid.

2010 - mourinho left intermerda for real madrid.
that's a possibility..

In my opinion the chances of us getting back those scudetti are lower than Inter getting punished.

For them to give us back our scudetti:
- They apologize to Juventus --> Defamation case against the federation (will cost the federation money which may drag the things mentioned in previous posts, e.g. TV rights, Serie A and CL income PLUS additional money for image and brand quality devaluation)
- Giving us back the financial prize for winning the Scudetti
- Taking more money from Inter (2006 financial prize) which I don't think Inter will be willing to pay since they are in debt and the only way Moratti can finance his purchases is through sales and plans and if he looses that he won't be able to take extra debt. Which will reflect on the possibility of Inter going bankrupt. Something that will simply not happen, Moratti is simply to politically connected for it to happen. The difference with us is that we had the financial means to pay whatever financial penalty was put upon us without going into huge debt.

In case they are getting demoted to B or lower .
and
Maicon to Man City
Samuel to Palermo
Lucio back to Bayern
Santon to Catania
Materazzi to AC Milan
Cordoba to AC Milan
Toldo to AC Milan
Cambiasso to quit football and start his new career as barber
Etoo to Arsenal
Milito to Barcelona
Sneijder back to Madrid ( bench warmer again )
Julio Cesar , Zanetti and Chivu can root there until they die and could be their newest legend
whilst Balotelli released himself from his contract and begging to join Meeelan , but sadly , he is too young for their standard ,
found dead later.

for the rest of their shitty players , i don't care , they can go fuck with moRATti .
