i kinda hope Moggi fails to prove anything, becuase if he didi then what did we pay the price for ? if he won this case i don't think the Italian football deserve the slightest respect. Juventus fans paid heart and soul for a joke.

Ehh, what? You will have us branded as cheats so that the league doesn't lose face?

I don't care, let everybody see Calciopoli was a complete farse, clear our name, get those Scudetti back. Try to get some sort of compensation for lost funds aswell, nail them to the wall, get what you can.

I don't think we'll get much out of it in the end, but we should fight for it.

Coppola (ex linseman) spoke to reporters.
«I can speak now because I am no longer an assistant referee», «The police told me there were no Inter wire taps (2006). » «Today they talk about Inter, but everybody did it».
Inter-Venezia 2-1, 16th September 2001. Rosetti referee, you were one of two assistants: what happened?«I said it in court in Naples and I’ll repeat it now. Cordoba was dismissed for having struck Bettarini. The punch was to be reported as a simple gesture to liberate himeself».
But if you saw a punch, why did it need to become something else?
«Because that is how it worked. People called the referee designators (Bergamo e Pairetto, ndr) they were sensitive to pressure and that was the game. After the game I went to my locker room and Facchetti told me I was wrog to not award a penalty to Inter and for the red againist Cordoba: had I been more gentle in calling the foul he wouldn’t have missed two games, I refused to admit my “mistake” and his red stood, that season I didn’t work in Serie in A again».
Did you report this to the FIGC and at the onset of Calciopoli to the police when you were questioned?«When I met with the police I was left perplexed by their behavior: it seemed as though they did not care, perhaps because what I was stating wasn’t in the direction they were going. They seemed very rushed and stated that there were no wire taps pertaining to Inter».
Today, there are.
«I’m not surprised. Today they talk about Inter, but everyone did it».
Why are you the only one to come forward? «Because I am no longer a linesman».
If this the condition, i think it will be a little hopes to get the justice. Even police and court are already set up before and have their scenario to brought down Juve. It will be a shame not only for Italian football, but for police and court too if this new case won by Moggi..

I still hope and optimist that the justice will win though

Can you imagine if Moggi and Juventus are proven innocent? Think about the amount of compensation Juventus could sue Inter and the Italian F.A for. It would be hundreds of millions.. I hope we get back our scudetto as well.

Yep. Lot's of money would be coming our way.

Why on earth couldn't the club sue the FIGC for rushing the investigation and tampering evidence?

In the 1st post of this thread I put up some e-mails with the help of Hist so if any people want to see the news on Calciopoli 2(the real one :p) on sites then you just need to grab the e-mails there. You can ask them why they avoid talking about it, have them post them, give your opinion on it...

If you have other e0mails then I can add them later.

So do we have a case? I'm considering filling a small claims grievance just to be a little bitch about it.

As a shareholder of Juventus Football Club spa, I reserve the right to seek compensation for illegal action that resulted in the diminishing of my investment.
That's right FICG, I'm suing you for €200!
