Just like a person seeks takes someone to court for punitive damages I think. I can't believe no one on this fucking forum is a lawyer.

When someone is wrongly accused and pays a penalty then there is absolutely no reason when the person (our club) is actually found innocent can't be paid back what was initially paid for the wrong accusation.
IIRC, there was a lawyer on the boards .. Don't remember who :s

anyway, doesn't need a lawyer to notice that an innocent wrongly accused and punished has to be compensated!

I meant that I would like a lawyer to be able to discuss the technicalities that would lie in this never ending conundrum we find ourselves in.

I hope Moggi won't come back. What would that say about our club? When the cheater(?) Moggi isn't there then the team is shit. What if he comes back and we'll win the Scudetto? The talk would never end.

Us winning the Scudetto? Check.

The rest of the footballing world moaning and complaining? Check.

Would I really care about that, having won a Scudetto? Nope, not a bit.

Let's do it. :D

I wasn't really just advocating Moggi's return, but simply saying I don't care about what people say about us anymore, success is success.

People will always moan and bitch, no matter what we win and who we win it with. Ignoring the idiots has become a part of being a Juventus fan.

It could be done, in theory.

I would think what would happen in practice would be that both parties would be very keen to avoid going to court, so some sort of settlement would probably be reached out of court with regard to damages and possible return of scudetti.

However, all this would be dependent on Juve et al being cleared.

Keep in mind I have no knowledge of Italian law, so all this may be completely wrong.

I'd be fascinated to see what the Competition Commision of the E.u. would have to say on the matter considering the monopoly of Inter that arose from removing Juventus from Serie A. Those chaps can FINE.

I think that would be very tough to prove.

You would have to show that they did it from a financial point of view rather than a sporting one, and I don't see how you could do that.

Who would you report anyway?

Even if you could prove Juve were innocent, you would have an incredibly hard time showing Inter were behind it all, which is what I assume you are implying.
