i somehow dont think its fake

"The enquiry was carried out by Police at the request of the Public Ministry who are investigating allegations regarding a series of phone calls between the then Inter coach Roberto Mancini and a Mafia associate called Domenico Brescia.

Brescia is an Inter fan and he already faced the Italian justice system regarding allegations of drug dealing."

lol and there was me thinking inter controlled the telecoms, at least it was carried out by the police who can deem it as reliable evidence, or at least more reliable than the crap used against Juve and Moggi

I defenitely think its totally BS. Mancini knows a mafioso drug dealer, and there was a betting investigation of that time, but prolly someone spun those two parts together to insinuate about a big scheming scandal.

We need to find the page of that public ministry. If the story is there then it might be a little more serious than we think.

And if Il Giornale is indeed Berlusconi's paper, then it might not be BS at all. It's a serious accusation and i doubt the prime minister would like to be associated with it if it's pure BS.

if it was BS why would the calls be under police investigation? as alen said its a serious allegation, especially from a political head

For now they're just insinuating that Mancini didn't play the best players to win these games and that Materazzi deliberately missed the pk vs Siena.

How can you prove that if it's all they got? Phone taps? Good luck finding them!

They should look into Moratti's messages, I don't think he's aware of the "Sent Items" thing.

Despite it being Inter, this is the last thing Italian football needs, if its a big scandal, I dont see the leagues credibility surviving more of the same.
I agree.

Btw, just imagine Inter down to Serie B, not that it will happen but just imagine..

I'm trying to think of one Interista that will be loyal and stick with them in Serie B...

Zlatan?

or Chivu??
Zanetti alone.

Zlatan, "When I was a kid, my friends and I all supported different English teams. One supported Liverppol, the other Manchester United... I was a Man City fan even back then."

Well, could be one of the reasons Balotelli rejected Mourinho's call couple of days ago. He has seen a lot in his 40 years of experience.
well mourinho prefer's his mature type, thats why figo has been getting a run out of late, in addition he can handle a bit of portugese lovin' with ghanian? you dont know what you're getting with that sh*t
