Back on topic, it seems that Moggi intends to turn this into a media circus...
He is still hoping that public opinion can actually judge for her self and protect him somehow.

He has learned very little from calciopoli.
The public opinion and justice system can be manipulated... into a ridiculous decree
and this time the fragment of political influence he once had, wont be present.

He is either too arrogant, or too bold!
Even if Juve wont be hurt directly, the alliance of our enemies will do anything possible to hurt our prestige/image!
Since i dont even dare to hope on a fair trial/outcome. I can only hope our symbolic blow will not affect our chances on the pitch, once again...

Moggi is a criminal though. An absolute thug. I'd go as far as saying that he deserves to be punished for his conduct in this whole matter alone already.

Even if the two scudetti were awarded back to Juve,the rest of Serie A would start bitching.More interesting for me is what will become of the 250m compensation if it does come through.

They can and probably would but they can't do much about it.
