They are trying to investiate presumed accounting fraud from god knows when. This less than a year after Inter and Milan were let off the hook after a judge claimed that accounting fraud does not constitute illicit activity.

In any case nothing will happen. The Guardia della Finanza and COVISOC all gave Juve a clean bill of health financially.

Good you deleted it then. Not because it was Goal, because that douhebag Moggi shouldnt be associated with our club still after all the crap he did.
What did he do? Not bullshit hearsay please. What did he actually do?

Too many people continue to believe the fairytale that Moggi waved a magic wand and won titles.

The team was punished for attempting to gain an advantage in the standings without attempting to alter the results of the individual matches.

Osman you've seen me argue this with others as well and as soon as they are faced with that point black on white they change gears and start getting into petty personal shit because they know they've lost.

You can't add or take points away in the standings without fixing matches and the verdict claims Juventus never attempted to fix individual matches. That makes the entire verdict one massive illogical contradiction.

Moggi recently won an appeal regarding the unlawfulness of his trial. If you want to call it a loophole then fine but he was not to be tried by that tribunal and was anyway. This sets a precedent for his remaining appeals which he will likely also win.

Have a little faith. It will surface eventually.

Yo Gsol! Welcome back man. Where have you been?
Busier than hell. My life has been brutal for months.

How have things been here? I'm trying to read back pages but it's late and I'm tired.

I see the usual suspects still bickering. Not much has changed.

The anti-Moggi clan has crawled out of it's rock since your hiatus as you can see so not much as changed.

I hope you find time to post more often because you're dearly needed. Good to have you back

Ah, little can be done. They'll shoot their mouths off and then what? Has anything surfaced to prove that he was rightfully suspended? Nope.

So what are they adding to the discussion?

In the meantime he's winning appeals and gearing up for Europe as are we.

In the end I think they all need someone to blame and they think that the mature thing to do is not blame our rivals and instead blame who everyone else blamed.

Kind of a cowardly thing to do in my opinion but what can you do?

Some people were born to fight and others simply conform. I know who I respect more.
