Forza Moggi.

Until some1 can tell me which games our team full of world class players fixed, it's nothing more than typical Italian corruption. What a coincidence that only the sportive justice could make a case. I wonder y.....

I second that. For a team to get relegated because they were found guilty in match fixing should include a specific game that was fixed.
I cannot believe that some one like Moggi no matter how strong he was politically can highjack the whole football federation from the likes of Berlusconi (Italy's prime-minister and Moratti (controls Italy's oil production). If so, and he was so powerful to do all that stuff why couldn't he get himself out of this trouble? If what he was accused of was true then controlling this problem should've been walk in the park for him.
Let alone the basic law stuff that were ignored.. I'll mention two.
1- Illegally acquired material cannot be used as evidence in the court of law (and as we all know the phone tabs where illegal they did not have a court warrant). Which means there is no case to start with.
2- To have a judge, prosecutor and evidence provider who are in relationship with one of the teams in the serie a (let alone major share holders) makes this a conflict of interest case and cannot be taken forward in a court of law unless the whole thing is to be changed.

there are always choices to be made.
do you want to be popular and liked or do you want others to respect and fear you ?
being mr nice guy does not serve you well in business situations, when there is competitions from other people that don't give a fuck for your needs and just will do everything to reach their goals. moggi was just someone who did this thing very well. i bet every other sporting director in serie a would have taken moggis position/power if someone would offered them it.

if you as a player know, that moggi is reckless and does have his dirty tricks, alone this image does lead to players and managers to follow what he says.

who wants to be the one moggis anger focusses on ?

i really wonder why noone tried to contact the european court to step in and check that trial and the resulting decision.

i am aware of the statement, that due to the coming season there had to be a "quick" decision, but just letting this decision stand and not going against it and rightfully claiming back what's ours (e.g. the titles given to inter) is really the behaviour of a coward
