I haven't seen our players crying infront of the cameras about referees after every game. Nor have our managers. So far all the complaining has been from other teams (coaches, players, and directors).

Where were the supposed penalties today? I saw Udinese request one in the end that absolutely wasn't one. Other than that...nothing.

It was good refereeing in our game today. Nothing wrong there.
    :agree:

There were 4 penalty calls today.
The first one was in Udine's box when Chiellini felt. From the replays it was 50-50 and whenever something's 50-50 the ref should give an advantage to the defender. That was a good call.

Two other penalty calls were in our box. Both 50-50 again.
If the ref followed the rules literally, then Molinaro's handball would have been a penalty, but the ref did great not to give a penalty for such an unintentional play.
The second one was Chiellini's start over Di Natale. This was hard to tell but we shouldn't have objected even if the ref gave a penalty. But again it was 50-50 and even though i wouldn't have the right to object if a peno was given, i think it would have been too harsh on us if Udinese got a penalty for that start.

Del Piero dived. That wasn't a penalty at all. He was lucky not to get a yellow

Like Jack said, very good refereeing today.

I thought that immediately as well, but i watched Controcampo, and Graziano Cesari, an ex-referee, and all the other guests on the show thought it should have been a penalty, but was very hard to see, cause from certain angles it looks like the defender stayed still, but from behind you see as Del Piero was passing, the defender lifted his right foot, and hit Del Piero's right boot, making him fall.
IMO it was a very hard decision to make, and from most positions on the pitch it seemed like a dive, so i believe it was a human error and the referee being tricked by the Udinese defender, rather than Inter bribing the ref.

There was a contact but it happened after Del Piero jumped.
We can say whatever we want now but Del Piero's intention was obvious. He wanted to win a penalty, that was his only intention.
It just happened that Udinese's defender was there to make contact with DP while Ale was falling.
Del Piero didn't fall because he was fouled. He was fouled when he was already falling.

I'm happy we didn't win a penalty for that.

No one is justifying anything, it was crystal clear offside.

But was it asked for? Was it intended or was it another refereeing mistake?
Is it asked for? Time will tell. But he's doing it. It's not the first time I swore at him (Cagliari game).

I wonder if Farinter will be escorted out of the stadium. The fans are chanting his name.
