gsol, do you have proof that someone (in the shape of Moratti or from Inter) that made us be treated unfairly in the current table? Because until you bring the proof you and Turk can shut it for all I care. The situation is by no means different than it was when we were being favoured week in week out.

We are running around in circles in this thread. I think the only real question is.

Do you think we had a fair trial in the Calciopoli?

Yes --> End of story.

No --> We deserve one.

    I just posted proof. I can't provide judges proof for a trial that hasn't happened.

    Off the top of my head regarding the 13 points I'd say: 3 Udinese, 2 Roma, 1 Napoli, 2 Parma, 2 Inter, 2 Catania...there are 12. I didn't analyze the whole season in detail so maybe they saw something else.

    Jack you shouldn't be asking for shit because you claimed that Inter weren't winning in the past due to referees despite there being no proof to back it up, now you want to see Moratti's receipts this year. Put two and two together.

    The referees get their paycheques from the FIGC who pay all of their bills by sponsorship contracts. Their biggest sponsor is TIM Telecom where Moratti is a director. Moratti-Tronchetti-Buora cut BIG cheques to the FIGC who pay their refs. I don't think bribery is even necessary here. They are all already on the payroll.

    I don't even think that the games are particularily fixed but the referees acknowledge where the power lies and Calciopoli was a demonstration of precisely that.

    The real issue is conflict of interest. The referees are afraid of displeasing their bosses (FIGC) who are afraid of displeasing their bosses (TIM Telecom).

    You are just stating numbers again where we are all aware of the refereeing mistakes. Tell us something new.

    Do you have a proof that these mistakes were made intentionally? Do you have a proof that Collina asked his referees to steal points from Juventus? Do you have a proof that someone else asked the referees to treat Juventus unfairly? Do you have proof that there is a conspiracy against us this season so we will not challenge for the title by throwing as much bad decisions against us as possible? Do you have proof that there are match fixing this season? Do you have proof that the referees are being asked to give Inter soft penalties?

    If you don't have a proof then everything that has happened this season is just bad refereeing and the story ends here.

    ZAF, in case you are not aware of it, we are talking about this season.

    I agree with jack, in a Trial the only thing that MIGHT (and thats just a maybe) stand is the "conflect of interests" but that would be scraped out anyway.

    There is no proof that Inter are manipluating results, matching fixing or influencing refs. All we have are obsservations that lead to suspnession of unethical act by Inter management.

    Do I think it is possible that they are the reason behind it? yes.

    Actually, the past 10 pages were a mix of both. Thats why I wanted to clear out the 2006 calciopoli thingy.

    That's because the trial was unfair. WAS we are talking now. NOW

    Do you have a proof for the current season that there is cheating and robbery going on? Because if you don't, please shut it. You sound exactly like Inter fans before the scandal and I used to laugh at them. I don't want them to laugh at us.

    I just want to stress on important point. Too often here people try to go off topic because no one can hold a candle to all the proof that supports Farsopoli.

    We aren't here to discuss the "fix" this season. Whether it exists or not is up for opinion now unless a trial occurs regarding the season. We had a controversy thread where that was discussed.

    The topic here is relating to the past season's "fix" where we were convicted without proof.

    We were lucky to get the penalty.

    Fiorentina - Legro put his arm out, his fault.
    Napoli - yeah, they screwed us
    Roma - Del Piero missed a penalty, which would probably not have been awarded to us if the ref was against us
    Parma - the disallowed goal? was there one?
    Udinese - nothing wrong with that. we hit the woodwork a bit but thats it.

    I am repeating myself because you have prejudgement

    statistics saying we were robbed but they weren't.

    Don't tell me to shut up, you claimed that Inter didn't win in the past due to referees and as usual had fuck all to back it up.

    Yes I do think Inter's power off the field is skewing on field results in their favor and like it or not the numbers are painting exactly that picture.

    That's not what this thread is for and stop trying to change the subject just because you don't know shit about Calciopoli

    Jack read the my previous post.
    You are just speculating and putting two and two together. That makes your previous post an opinion and not a fact. It is an opinion based on certain facts which makes it a stronger opinion but it is still an opinion. The exact same way Moggi was accused of cheating by Inter fans, it was also based on opinions and it was also based on opinions based on facts.

    To cut the story short, there was no proof of match fixing before, strong opinion and an unfair trial sent us to Serie B.

    There is no proof of match fixing and unfair treatment now, until strong opinions and unfair trials come up, let us win games by watching our lions on the field. I am satisfied with seeing Del Piero enjoying the best season of his career.
