That's not the only right they violated. Unwarranted wiretaps and revocation of a level of justice also violate that. No one else seemed to notice that the trial started in a court of appeals. They (Guido Rossi) completely eliminated “La Disciplinaria” as the initial trial because of “time constraints: according to him.

In his first post in this thread he stated that a certain judge said that the rulings were wrong and when i called him on it , that the judge is 81 and probably senile he goes the other way and says that is his point that they put an 81 year old as 1 of the judges.
