:sergio: Oh ffs I just wish it ends already, it's rather frustrating.
Wishful thinking. The odds of UEFA or FIFA getting involved are slim to nil. The only way I see it is if Inter falls off the map competitively and therefore little sacrifice is made on their part. Even still though, you are asking them to take action against Inter while ignoring Milan’s violations and that would just mean that Interisti would scream bloody murder. UEFA would definitely not damage both. You can believe whatever, I would love it if you were right but I don’t see UEFA doing much. Fines tops. I doubt even that.
Just seems strange to me, that for example if Barcelona, Real, or Man UTD got caught up in a huge scandal, let's say for cheating or doping a few years ago and evidence just now coming out that they took advantage of the system or made players stronger illegally that help them have an "advantage" over others to win the league/CL I just can't see them not doing anything about it. It makes them look like bad guys and turning a deaf ear.

Honestly I stopped following the Trials a few months ago.
I would ask those who have followed it as I see there are some here if they believe that what happens in the trial of napoli affects the restitution of the Scudetti and the compensation Juventus has recently asked.

Is Juve petition supported by any evidence that comes from Napoli?

I wonder a bit as a lawyer because I have it no clear.
Thanks

I have the impression that if Moggi´s lawyers can prove what Andrea Agnelli has called "the difference in treatment," it may take time - as always happens with the court of law - but it is possible not only the return of Juve's Scudetti but also a huge financial compensation for damages.
That is why I was asking if Juve is already using proves from Naples trial in its allegations.
I believe if Naples goes well to Moggi, things will be easier for Juve. In some point I believe Andrea Agnelli counts on that.

I do not think - much to my regret - that Inter will suffer some damage, not just because it has prescribed, but because Inter are the collateral damage as Agnelli said and is really difficult to prove a complot. They can always said it was the system that worked tendentiously against us.
