Promised to pursue is one thing. Promised to get them back is something different, which is what solojuve's post said.
Yeah that's what TuttoSport reported was said. Dunno if that's the word he actually used. I'm going to read the interview directly at New York Times.

EDIT: Read the article. Stupid americans writing like we were in 2006 and everybody is controlled by the Gazzetta-brainwashing-machine.

But here's the actual wordings according to New York Times:
"In a telephone interview from Brazil on Thursday, Agnelli promised to pursue the two titles, preferably through the league structure, but, if necessary, through the courts."

So it seems like phone calls from Facchetti and Moratti from pre 2006 were heard and the Carabinieri classified them just as important as Moggi ones, but they never made it to court

more evidence of a witch hunt to take out Moggi and Juve

Un-fucking-believable!!! The police even marked all these calls as very bad but then the 'Capo' Auricchio made sure that no-one else further along the chain transcribed the conversations!

So the FIGC get out of having to deal with this due to the statute of limitations that the new evidence wasn't available to them? So who's fucking responsibilty was it to make sure they had the evidence all in place before they relegated one of the World's biggest clubs in turn destroying their heritage and causing hundreds of millions of Euros of financial loss not to mention unquantifiable years of depression & heartache to the loyal fans....?

Can't us the fans sue for mental distress and loss of quality of life?! Just having to watch those Inter cunts spouting vile crap and lifting those fake trophies has taken years off my life....

FUCKING CUNTS! Someone must pay!!!!!!!

if angelli really love this club we should go to the european court... we will never find justice in italy.... i don't care if they ban all italian teams /NT from uefa/fifa competitions... i want those bastards to pay for their witch hunting. but how on earth did the police judge those phone calls as very bad but never said anything when they were "missing"?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is now becoming completely obvious that not only were certain calls being cast aside to protect certain people (namely anyone connected to Inter or Roma) but even worse than that they were pretty much the only ones not having their phone calls intercepted...

That means the incriminating calls they did record of theirs (which were then ignored...) were only recorded because they were involving other 'people of interest'....

That means we don't have recordings of Fachetti's / Moratti's outgoing calls made to anyone outside the 'persons of interest' list... who knows what else would have been recorded in those 2 years?!!

It is becoming plainly obvious who guided this whole farce... and I ain't just saying to Juventini I mean to everyone!!!

I wish this whole thing is re-opened for the can of worms it really is.... then everyone will get their just desserts...

Holy shit. Just when you think this long story doesn't have any more legs, stuff like this comes out.

What more evidence of a cover-up and selective justice does anyone need?

Inter may yet take the "League's Biggest Cheaters" title from Juve in a huge way.
