A question for the Guru's around here :D

If the Napoli court proved that we're innocent and we managed to get our 2 titles back, can we proceed in the civil court and get a :money: Compensation for those 200-300 millions that we've lost during that time ?

Even though i really doubt the FIGC can pay up for that kind of money, is it possible to demand these figures directly from the Italian government ?

By the way I am totally angry for not a SINGLE media apart of Tuttosport is covering any of the proceedings currently. As I do not live in Italy, nor I understand Italian as good as I would like, I consider it a crime not to inform Juve fans outside of Italy about what is going on!

I mean come on, we have to listen all the crap about how Berlusconi did a girl, or how polluted Naples is, or terrorist threats in embassies in Rome, or vandalism on Piazza del Popolo, but we NEVER hear ANYTHING about the trial in Naples! FOR YEARS NOW! Unless Salvatore Landolina from goal.com translates something once in a while, it is a total blackout!

This is extremely annoying and in my opinion highly suspicious! Juventus' fanbase is huge around the world and we are always kept in the dark! There is a real thirst about knowing what is going on, but noone seems to care! Is this politics, censorship, what the hell is it? If it wasn't for gsol's lonely quest for explaining things to non-Italian speaking fans, we wouldn't know nothing by now!

This is a shame for Italian and international press! Berlusconi pops out his cock - all the attention from world media goes on him, Balotelli talks crap - every sports newspaper has to comment it, new evidence in the most notorious sports crime of the century comes to light - silence of the lambs...

If it wasn't for gsol, this Juventuz thread, Tuttosport and occasionally goal.com, I wouldn't even know Moggi was in court! The press silence on the matter is simply disgusting..

I haven't visited the forum for months as well, I just remember that it was gsol who opened my eyes in the first place 2-3 years ago. No disrespect to anyone who is carrying on with the task of informing us, non-Italian speaking Juventus fans what is going on!

No matter what verdict is announced, there really could never be an appropriate amount of compensation. There is no way to put a money value on the damage done to our brand, our reputation, the loss of Champions League play, loss of scudetti, television rights in 2006-07, Sponsorship deals, players moving on, players not arriving, etc.
The league can restore the lost Scudetti, but that is small compensation.

They're explaning a lot, but.. I'm sorry, not in English, Italian spoken.

Now my English isn't that good to explain everything.. But there we're persons who wanted Moggi and Giraudo out of Juve: Montezemolo, both Elkann's and Franco Baldini. Also Galliani was one of the persons who let everything out because Moggi was thinking about going to Milan, and Galliani was afraid of losing his position at Milan.

Both Elkanns we're afraid about Moggi and Giraudo plans: buying 51% of Juve..

Franco Baldini also said in a phone call he was going to do a big "cleaning" (> Moggi and Giraudo out of Juve).

Then there was a phone call were Alessandro Moggi called Luciano and said that Preziosi (president of Genoa) heard that Montezemolo wanted to catch Moggi and Giraudo out of Juve... All happend in 2004-2005, after Agnelli died.. It isn't coincidence that everything stared when Agnelli died :).

But I'm sure about one thing: now that Andrea Agnelli is our president, Moggi will return. He has some things to fix. :)

Did my best to explain some thing, any questions you may ask.
