Gladbach got two penalties in Hamburg - can't wait for the first HSV fan videos with VERGOGNA screams. Or aren't there gonna be any? @Ocelot
Both of those have been correct decisions.

Anyways, the draw for the semifinals are in.

Bayern vs Lotte/Dortmund
Gladbach vs Frankfurt

If Lotte wins, they'll play at home and if not, Bayern will play it's fifth straight home game during this seasons cup competition...

Because they're a 3rd division team and in Germany, teams playing below the 2nd Bundesliga are always playing at home.

You know, so every tv station can always talk about the magic of the cup and it's also nice for those lower league teams to play the top teams at home.
OK I get that. How come Bayern have played all games at home so far, and why would they play Dortmund at home? Do they play all games at home as defending champs (unless they face a 3rd league team) or just coincidence?

If Ocelot sends me one of his Sergei Barbarez shirts i'll make one.
I can borrow you a Barbarez shirt, but its not HSV

It's a "coincidence" and they'd play Dortmund at home because the draw gave them a home game, which would only be changed if the 3rd division side makes it to the semis.
Mor likely it's the good old Bayern luck in draws(and everything else), which they seem to have quite often.
I mean, I'm pretty sure they'll draw whoever makes it out of that Seville vs Leicester matchup in the CL quaters as well...

Though, five home games in six rounds is a joke and I'm not sure that this ever happened before.
It's the most a Bundesliga side could have, given that the first round is always away from home for every Bundesliga team.
