If you assume Chiesa stays (and renews), Galeno might the one winger we go for rather than Nico given that the former plays on the left. Nico does potentially carry the benefit of a swap deal that could see McKennie leave.

True. Cabal is just a depth option and in ni way will/should be starting for us.

It’ll be probably be Danilo at LB/RB this season. Not a great option, and hopefully we can find someone in January or next summer to properly replace him.

Danilo is likeable but he isnt at the level we need defense wise - There are way stronger players (defensively) out there.

Also who is going to be our RB if Danilo takes the center?

At the moment:
D.G; Cambiasso Bremer Kalulu Danilo; Thuram D.Luiz; LW Koop N.G; Vlahovic

Defense - very lacking.
Midfield - way better than last season and in fact might be our best area.
Attack - Depends on many factors such as who is our LW (Galeno or someone else) and of course on Vlahovic who have to perform way better than last year.

I would like a lot to see us selling Milik as well and getting a young player on loan with option or a young dude with a nose for goal. It might cost a little but Im still unsure about Vlahovic performing and a good backup wouldnt hurt.
