He showed us in the last couple of games that he's back to his best.
I just came to think of how lucky we are to have him, and that he's still very YOUNG. Goalkeepers tend to reach their peak in their 30s and if you look at goalies like David Seaman, Peter Shilton, Sebastiano Rossi, Gianluca Pagliuca, even Angelo Peruzzi, you get a glimpse of how long they can play at top level.
Buffon COULD have 10 more years in him, and that makes me damn happy. 8 or 10 years.

Buffon is da sh*t. I don't know if we would have been able to pull out a draw last weekend with anyone else in goal.

It's great to see him approaching his top form again... and not hesitating on leaping into harm's way to make stops. (Especially after the Kakà incident.)

Forza Gigi!!

And great taste in women to boot. :cool:

    I remember earlier on in the season when abbiati was doing heroics and Gigi looked a bit rusty(naturally!) when he returned,some people were asking questions as to Gigi's competence.
    Where are the naysayers now?
    Gigi for president!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
