I just watched it again for the umpteenth time, and I think it was a cross. As Zlatan said, that was a silly position to shoot from, even for... Zlatan.

If you freeze-frame the video, you'll see that Zlatan leans back and throws his left arm back ala David Beckham. This has the effect of causing the ball to float and spin inwards (i.e. to the left). If he was shooting, the logical thing to do would be to lean over the ball and drill a low hard shot next to the post. Nobody aims for the top corner from that kind of position

Nah, still a shot for me... I think he tried to shot it under the defender's legs, but somehow either it had too much curve on it or the wind just took it towards Trez
