Her boyfriend starts throwing magazines like People (all from Britney's breakup with Justin) to the paparazzi, until Britney's real bodyguard takes them through a door only authorized people can go in, they start walking through and alley and they're still fighting, and while walking her boyfriend kicks some boxes and garbages that are in the middle of the alley, to show that hes angry.
After that they arrive to a room where they keep fighting, they start throwing stuff everywhere, the boyfriend grabs a flower vase and smashes it to the floor. After that, Britney leaves to a bathroom and undresses and gets into a bathing tub where she tries to get relaxed, the boyfriend stays in the other room and sits in a couch. Then they show Britney again, who puts her hand in her head and discovers she's bleeding (she has blood in her hand, probably because one of the paparazzi smashed her in the head), she puts the hand into the water and descends like she died. Then they show her in the hospital as a ghost watching how theyre trying to revive her, and walking through a white aisle in the hospital.
After that, they show the boyfriend coming into the bathroom and seeing Britney dead, taking her out of the bathtub and taking her out to the hospital in an ambulance.
Then they show her in the hospital (as a ghost), running through the white aisle, watching herself in the hospital bed, and then watching a patient who just had a son. The video ends showing the newborn baby, and after that it shows Britney rising from the water in the bathtub and laughing
