And he's not Heisenberg. He acted like Heisenberg on the phone for obvious reasons. If anything I would guess that Heisenberg side is actually the one dead with broken hearted Walt left.

Hank's death was cold, and his corpse being dragged across the desert took it further. Really dark place this show is going, Cranston has been perfect.

I think almost everything from this episode is the worst. Everything just crumbled apart. The only good thing is Walt letting Holly go.

idk man, jesse being tortured by that psycho todd definitely made me feel the worst. the way he started crying and went to the corner when todd arrived. i wouldn't be surprised if todd stuck his dick in him a couple times on top of all the beating.

No way. Hank's cold murder was the worst. Not to mention Skyler attacking Walt and Jr. breaking down after hearing the truth, Jesse's plight doesn't even come close.

Walt is a fucking bastard, period, any redeeming qualities he had is gone. Despite how hard he took Hanks death, and what he tried to do on the phone, cup has filled over with him when it comes to bastardom.

The worst part of the episode was Walt crying over the phone. It was heart breaking too me because what he said and how he said it was 100% opposite of the look on his face. It was fantastic acting and great writting.

I really feel for what happened to Walt during all 5 seasons and I wish that this man dies a peaceful death. A death of his choosing not someone's else.

I think he did it on purpose to save Skylar

Duh. I'm surprised I didn't see that. Makes sense that he presumed the call was bugged and he wanted to absolve her of responsibility for any of his actions.

What I could see is Walt redeeming himself somehow, killing the nazis and then killing himself with a poison right in front of injured or dying Jesse.

Seems appropriate, though I do like the kid who works with the Nazis.

Did anyone look at the bullet on the car more closely? The reflection? Jesse will kill walt when he goes at the Nazi's

I think that's where things broke for Walt. All this time, he was doing this for family and had promised everyone that family wouldn't be hurt by his actions. For the first real time, Walt sees how it's backfired and things are out of his control to protect his family anymore because of his actions.

I don't think Salvo's reading too much into it. Vince is known to allude to the future. I think someone posted a link showing the same. So going by his reputation, it's too coincidental that that shot was taken that way.

And yes, now that his family is gone, Walt is gone too. I also think him leaving Holly behind was metaphorical. He kidnapped her cos she was the last person in his family who wasn't against him. But when she cried out for her mom, he knew he'd lost her too. By leaving her behind, he left the last of his familial ties behind too.

If this was the case Sheik he wouldn't care for Skylar. Walt still cares for his family but when Holly cried for mom he understood and accepted that his family doesn't want him and that he has to leave them. The last thing he could do for them was to take it all on himself hence the phonecall and Walt's crying. I still think that it is Heisenberg who is gone and Walt is the one left. The last of Heisenberg we have seen was when he told Jesse about Jane.

He left Holly because he knew that she will need a real family not life with a wanted man dying from cancer.

The family isn't gone. With 80m you can do incredible things. Walt disconnecting to the family will only save Skylar from court and allow Walt to kidnat his family back once he's settled somewhere in Mexico. Walt is doing everything according to a plan.

I think it was Walt, not Heisenberg, who kidnapped Holly. You saw that scene where he was changing her diapers? That was him trying to hold onto the last bit of "Walt" that was left. That phonecall and leaving Holly behind was the last thing he did for them, yes. But now that he can't do anything for them anymore, "Walt" has nothing to live for. Only Heisenberg.

if this show ends with anything other than jessie dying a slow death or walt getting away it would be a waste of me watchign 5 seasons.

I feel like this show is headed the shield way in terms of ending:

in the shield mackey ends up getting away with his crimes, but at the cost of losing his family, his best friends and the respect of his coworkers. his new work environment ends up being completely unfamiliar to his, thus crushing his soul.

How the fuck does Jesse deserve to die? He started out as lowlife bum/loser, but he has pretty much the soul of the series for most of it, it wouldnt make sense for him to die.
