Guys, don't forget that the look Walt had in the flash forward in episode 9 was the second part to the flash forward in episode 1

I forgot that myself, before re watching the season. Same messy look and that M16(?) he found in the trunk

Walt brought ricin (maybe the same vial?) to a meeting with lydia previously and decided against using it. He is probably back to correct his mistake.

If not then it's for one of the only other two with intimate knowledge of his crimes whom he could get close enough to kill with Ricin. Jessie or Skylar.

Yeah, I saw. I know why he is back, to get that, but I wonder how he can afford to, if in fact everyone knows who he is.
It is the final thing he's going to do, that obvious.

However, in S05E01 opener he had a Volvo, in the last one he had some American car. Also he's got more messy, he was somehow decent at the diner.

How do you know that for sure?

He left his Volvo in the diner, after taking the keys to the American car from that man in the diner's restroom in E01.

I don't know, not sure, but same clothes (he probably wearing the same clothes everyday in that state, but you know...), and that American car from the diner.

Maybe he knows that it won't matter anymore after whatever plan he's about to execute, which includes the ricin.

BTW, remember that the ricin needs to be inhaled/ingested/injected to have any effect. I wonder how he'll be able to do this when by now(i.e. then) he's highly feared and almost everyone knows how dangerous he is. I wonder how this will play out.

Not sure I agree with the 2nd part. His secret is already out. What purpose would killing off someone with knowledge of his crimes serve?

Also, don't forget Saul. Sure, he's his lawyer. But who knows what might happen between now and then? He could end up turning into an adversary to Walt. Although I doubt Walt would save him for last if that's the case.

To add, I have a feeling he faked his death to runaway, that's why Carol freaked out when she saw him alive. Maybe
Ive been thinking this too. Probably got a new identity from Saul's contact

Even if his secret is out someone would still need to come to court to testify against him.

Saul can't testify against Walt if he is employed as his laywer

Again, I think that the story has gone beyond courtrooms and proving the truth about him at that point. I think Walt's out for some plain old revenge.

I just think if it guarantees his family keeping the money. But look, the risin would be unnecessary. Faking his own death is a possibility, but why would he come back?
