No......I think that Trez ˛& Gila can co-exist in the same team.
I think you are confusing with what you think and what Trez is thinking.
I know for sure Trez hates sitting on the bench, same as any players, but he has been 1st choice for 3 seasons now, so I don't think he would take the Gilardino's arrival too well. Even though he probably is still the 1st choice striker.
Moggi wants to get Trez to sign the new contract first, so we don't lose out like we did with Davids, and also the Mista situation, apparently he agreed to sign a new contract with the club only to reject their offer after returning from holidays, partly to do with Valencia signed Corradi.
So now he will leave on a free next summer, obviously this might happen with Trez, so that's why we haven't signed Gilardino yet, that's my assessment anyway.

Can't you guys not see what Moggi is doing ! He doesn't want to finalise the Gilardino deal now, why ? Cos he wants to wait until Trez is back from holiday and have put pen to paper to the new contract, then Bang, Gilardino will sign the day after that ! He knows Trez may not sign the contract if Gilardino is already confirmed.
OmG you're a smart kid I have to say :)

someone translate i dont know what it is about.

Basically says Barca is after Zambrotta now, but Juve isn't likely to sell, so another option for them is Nuno Valente. Its old news, check out the other thread about Barca wanting Zambrotta.

This is really juicy news. I still have a feeling that Gila may be a pawn in this whole thing, so I am holding off any celebrations for now...

No man, I would ask €50 million AT LEAST for Zambrotta.
And then, if we would sell him to a good club, then even €75 or more
(sorry for the high bids but I love this player :D)

Yeah, well, the chances of us getting Ronaldinho is about equal to Barca getting Zambrotta, absolutely none.
Unless we are talking about a swap deal, hehe.
