The biggest obstacle this club has starts from the very top, Italians famously and historically suck at pretty much everything, which is why during the past century every single time Juventus reached the highest possible level and enjoyed some very successful and significant years the Italian owners were unable to act properly and cement that highest possible status as a permanent one (unlike few other traditional top clubs, where even several unsuccessful years in a row are considered by a vast majority as a natural effect after a successful period and/or a natural generation change with no questions about whether the club will return back to a winning streak, it's just a question of when and the answer usually is pretty soon)...

We are not going through something like that, we are openly stating our goals as top 4 league finish and possibly still play in European competition come March for years now, that's not serious, challenging or competitive, that's just setting the bar lower so inevitable failure doesn't look that big at the end of each season.

It's one thing to appreciate everything that the Agnelli family has done for this club, it's another thing to realise when you have given all and everything you had and it's time to move on. To me personally it's been clear for years but in last ones I think it's pretty much evident for everyone - the current ownership is incapable to hold a club like Juventus, they don't see the club as main priority, I don't give a flying fuck about any of their other businesses, I couldn't care less about any success in formula 1 2 34568 Moto GP cricket cycling Meta gay Diddy style gangbang marathons or whatever the fuck the club ownership invests and supports, I only care about the football team, and the next owner of this club should do too and focus his main attention precisely on that!

Until the club is sold to a non Italian owner a resurrection and rejuvenation is impossible, a non Italian owner will appoint board and directors based on merits, experience, knowledge and achievements, not based on their citizenship and nationality, which is the case so far. The new professional directors will then appoint a manager of the first team based on merits experience knowledge and achievements as well and not based on them being Italian or half Italian, which has been the case so far. And the new manager will be able to build whatever the fuck he wants because that's what people vastly accomplished in their field tend to do and not use the time spent in this club as some training ground experience to learn some new stuffs along the way that they didn't know when they got appointed, which has been the case so far...

So basically Junktoli and/or Motta fired won't change a thing or make a difference for various reasons, one of them being that they would probably be replaced with a random Italian director and a random Italian manager, which has been the case so far, and as everything that ends with "which has been the case so far" it's already time to accept and acknowledge that this isn't working and a change is badly needed...

While i agree with a lot of here. Im looking at Chelsea and im not impressed how their american (non italian, non local) owners are doing their project there. Last year they finished 6th. They too hired rookie coach in Maresca. And sit on 6th place as we speak.

I think we have to find some common ground. Perhaps you have foreign owners who have money to invest (aka City/PSG type money) but you also have people around the club who have connections with it (didnt Chiellini get a degree in business management, im not asking him to become a Marotta/Giuntoli but to have people in the management/boardroom who also have connection but also qualification (which Chiellini has both for example).

Elkann has no passion and knowledge about football at all. I still remember when we had Secco, Cobolli Gigli and Blanc here. These guys were just suits. And till Andrea came, nothing changed. The hate Agnelli seems to be getting is too much. Stuff happens. Everyone makes mistakes. When they signed Ronaldo everyone would have sucked his and Marotta cock. Marotta first season was a failure. Del Neri flopped and Krasic was supposed to be our next Nedved. But Marotta learned from his mistakes. Without Andrea leadership i dont think we would have dominated serie a for almost a decade. No way.

We shouldn't lose our core identity (oh wait, what is it and where is it now)? However, we need fresh ideas.

The Meme Fuckers we have in key positions lack everything - charisma, charm, footballing knowledged, presence, gravitas, leadership, vision. You name it, they distinctly lack it.

ElKunt is a fuckstick who only cares about the bottom line and is busy getting his pee pee wet with fascist chauvinistic austistic megalomaniacs like Suckerburg and Melon Tusk.

Things is not all black and white. I agree with what you said but I don't think it's all about nationality. Like Stephan said, we need find people who qualify, who know football industry and most importantly those who care.

Italians suck but not all of them, non Italians may act like what you said but it could be another disaster.

You guys are doing excellent work Never change and keep it up :)))

It's such a powerful message to keep spreading across the world - it really doesn't matter if you're competent at all, you can literally be a random person on the street and find that special one that would offer you the job of a lifetime, it doesn't matter that you don't have a clue how to do it, you say yes and you do it because the money is good and you can always blame someone else for YOUR FUCKING CHOICES AND DECISIONS!

Just sell the fucking club, I don't really care to whom, just sell it, sell it directly to Putin for all I care, sale it to Xi Jinping, sale it to Kim Jong Un, I literally don't give a flying fuck who the next owner is, I just really really want this current ownership to be gone...

It's cool by me but you probably have already forgotten the taste of an egg since your shit hole became great again, I doubt you would have any time running this ship while figuring out what animal is better to kill for food, you're most likely a year away from killing your own dogs and cats and eating them :))

That's great I like that young shitholes with the lifespan of a random turtle are still having access to common goods and groceries :))

That will obviously and inevitably change, I can't really hide my own satisfaction, I'm loving it and I'm fully 100% rooting for the guys and little kids in charge of it :))
