I can’t keep up with the taxonomy of governing bodies and courts in play tbh
tar = regional italian civil court, outside of sports justice. sports bodies don't like it because it's slower and less corrupt
cas = Court of Arbitration for Sport, swiss, independent, international, very rigorous when it comes to proceedings, figc's circus will very likely fail there

he'll take it to tar or even cas if necessary and will win

fuck figc, forza andrea
This is what we should have done. We gained 0 sporting advantage from the accusations whether we did them or not. We could only be judge for sporting unfairness by the figc. This is why it really annoys me that elkann took the easy route out at a price which we as the fans will pay for.

The salary manouver did not mean we gained any form of sporting advantage that's the point of it
Yes we are. According to ffp rule It give us more space to spend as our net profit will be bigger than it should be. It's a serious violation in bookkeeping. There's still a connection beetwen the 2.
Plus, we are in stock market. Even without FFP this can be resulting in suspending operation for the company which is..football

sporting advantage because we allegedly played MORE to our players than it was agreed? how come that it's a sporting advantage when it results in a much bigger loss? what profit are we talking about? check the financial reports post covid, club's been massively in the red for years buddy

also what ronn said, ffp was suspended

No this is completely wrong. Look at inter and how they suspended wage payments for months, they're the most indebted team in Italy and nobody bats an eyelid, but Juve? Lets throw the fucking book at them why don't we? Stock market or not, criminal offence on the stock market or of any kind is not related to sporting justice. We were judged to have created a sporting system to our advantage which is BS

Do yo seriously think we can avoid salary case penalty?
By accepting plea bargain, i believe that we actually did the salary manouver
No way can we avoid the penalty, pal. Big penalty it is. Unlike plusvalenza manouver, it's a serious crime to only make our nett profit bigger by reducing expense. Even if we hire most expensive lawyer in the planet we won't win this case.
Then where were was the actual Italian governmental authorities if a real crime was committed?

and now u are know. this world is run by corporations that will fuck everyone over.
You're dancing around the answer though. Who issued these fines to corporations that you highlighted? National governments. Who issued fines to us? Sporting organizations.

In fact, didn't the finance minister come out and say we did nothing wrong? @s4tch you post Twitter posts a lot, do you remember?

sporting organizations that juventus is a part of.

let's look at at this way:

s4tch, crimmy, me and badass are members of competition we all joined and is hosted and organized by you. we have to abide by your rules because it is your competition. badass decides to fuck up and there are paper trails showing fuck ups.

badass says well if i did something wrong how come you are not calling cops? but the the thing is the fuck ups are against the rules of your organization that u agreed to be part of and adhere to it's rules. why does government need to be involved?

Dude, you're just deluded if u think we will escape that.
FFP is suspended. Doesn't mean you are allowed to cook your book.
Even without point deduction, huge fine still await us. And for violating financial, UEFA still will ban us from european competition. Minimum for a season. I don't think we will win the appeal too.

Because the issue in question is in regards to the accounting standards of a publicly traded company. If fraud was committed, it would be actually illegal rather than just breaking the rules of a game.

FIFA, UEFA, FIGC can and will always threaten to ban us from their competitions if we did that, seriously, if any of us here were the decision maker, would we do that? Think of the consequences.

They can threaten us all they like, if we had balls we'd prove our innocence in a real court, and grab those fucks by the balls. Instead all we have done is set a precedence of.... hey come and bend us over whenever you feel like
