You follow Juve and this board every day. You know as well everyone else that Paratici was running this plusvalenza bullshit for years inflating values. If you are asking for evidence here on a message board you are just looking for us to get off on a technicality.

Our board is obviously guilty, they should be punished. That's not a problem. A problem is that other clubs haven't been punished as well.
Equal treatment. How can we have -15 and Barcelona, Roma, Milan etc nothing?

How come that in ‘06 half of the evidence wasn’t presented to the court and we were severely punished?

Why is it strange if we sell a youngster for 4m and if some Championship club does it in England is al great and perfect.

Equal treatment!

Yeah man agreed, Agnelli and Paratici should be allowed to do whatever they want regardless of rules, laws, and consequences. That would be the only fair thing!

Glad they are out of Juve, only good outcome of today. I hope the next management and board aren't clowns like the last ones became.
Typical Serie A and Azzurri fanboy response

Yes our board were clowns but can you please justify why only Juventus were investigated and not the other clubs involved in the transactions?

Teams like Napoli and Inter have been inflating their revenues through capital gains for years but on what basis have they been cleared and Juventus are being punished for doing the same? Do you have any evidence to suggest Juventus committed a more serious offense with regards to capital gains than these clubs?

How do you decide a judgement based on figures from transfermarkt? Don't you find this utterly bizarre and ridiculous?

And yet here you are saying we deserve to be punished because we 'acted arrogantly' while other clubs committing the same 'offense' have been let go off.

It hurts to say they were tapped for 2nd time. Juve management did shady business, i remember we paid over 20m for Pellegrini just to loan him out for 3 seaons.

Bullshit. First of all other clubs should be punished too by your logic or did we sold/bought players from Juventus Next Gen? No we bought / sold them to other clubs. There is no way to calculate the worth / value of a player. Fuck Transfermarkt.de values lol is that Ukrainian kid worth 100 mil ? No, that’s why they signed him on a 8.5 year deal.

Plus from an audit perspective it’s also bullshit. Yes you’ll make a capital gain for now but most of the time you have the higher amortization/ depreciation from the signed players…

People saying we should be punished on this forum are idiots.

You don’t clean a broken system by punishing one perpetrator- you clean the whole system.
The plus valenza bullshit is essentially what clubs have had to do in Italy to survive, and that is because the Italian system prevents them from earning revenues through stadium ownership, tv rights and infrastructure.

Yet again we are the scapegoat and all the other clubs that are equally as culpable of this shit get away without even so much as a single euro fine.

I have completely lost my passion for this sport and everything associated with it. I hope we remove ourselves from the Italian leagues immediately and look to move into another league or go all in now on fully setting up the ESL

Can UEFA make a ban for us too? We could still win EL to save our budget

Dude... Ceferin is like a shark smelling blood on the water... expect a UEFA ban soon

And to all of you that "joke" of "at least we will get rid of Allegri"... yeah, I want to see you laughing when we will have sell all of our top players and have to hire Del Neri back since no coach will come here and we dont have the money to convince anyone...

Isn't the reason this case was reopened that our genius board got caught admitting the inflated values and shady dealings on recordings?

Iirc the documents and recordings during the prisma investigation meant this case came back to bite us. But yeah I'm the fanbiy because I recognize that my club is involved in wrong doing, no irony there...

My bad for not buying into how Juve has been run these past 3-4 years.
