On the new penalty that would be inflicted on Juventus for the plusvalenze case they could start with the -9 initially proposed by Chinè.
As for the salary case, the final judgment should come by the end of the season and another penalty points more than the plusvalenza case could be handed next season.
The lawyers of Juventus would however be working on the bargain plea option which, should it be done in the next 2 weeks, could result in a reduced penalty (less points or a huge fine).

W can win EL and get CL spot. Or climb up since we will be in range of MIlan( we had home game with them) and Inter despite 9points deduction. Also sue to CAS
in Lausanne. If there s mistake in procedure we can get money recompensation for loss
You do know that once FIGC sentence us with "Unsporting behaviour" then UEFA will come to punish us and leave us without european competitions AT LEAST for a year...

That means that we can win EL and we can even "climb up" in the table and finish top 4 and still be out for ANY european competition...

Sorry to crash your dreams...

The hearing on the capital gains is scheduled for Monday 22 May at the FIGC Court of Appeal. After that, new penalty points for Juventus, which will have effect on Juve’s Serie A ranking.

21st century Fino alla fine, "fine" here is a witch hunt culminating in a settlement with FIGC over bogus charges.
We shouldn't look at this like plea bargain for this case only. I think they are saving their asses from the second case which is more serious crime if proven. Financial malversation and personal punishment coming from it is what management want to make settlement for. Basically they are sacrificing the club (or couple of seasons) to save themselves.

A quick decision is expected in the court for appeals hearing as only the points penalty is in dispute. (Tuttojuve)

Juve doesn't leak the defensive strategy: follow the trial process or collaborate? Plea bargaining for both capital gains and salaries is possible until the end of the month and the club today may think it is appropriate to wait for the federal court and then decide one action or another.

Juve, the lawyer Bellacosa: "The motivation by the Warranty Council of Coni? Many arguments are not convincing to us, but we have many ideas to go back and fight in front of the Federal Court of Appeals. We are extremely confident."
