These are next weeks games and how the players have bet so far.
I can have 4 or 5 combinations.

I'll reveal my bet later this week.
Why don't we all share our bets? It's not like any of us loses anything if other people around the world make the same bet...

i think it'd be good to see the general consensus', maybe we'll all make some money together ;)

I'd like to hear the predictions from the guys who are doing well in the prediction game. Results don't get u much money, but predicting the exact scores gives great odds, somewhere in the region of 25:1. So if you were to do an accumulator on 2 or 3 exact scores (very difficult i must admit), you'd get amazing returns.

Okay, so if i bet on 3 exact scores at 20:1, and (in my case) i bet $5, it'd be

20 x 20 x 20.

$5 @ 8000 = $40000 :eek::greedy:

Though that's extremely difficult, so let's be more realistic.

2 exact scores:

$5 @ 400 = $2000, which isn't bad in itself.

I have a habit of making an individual bet for every step of the way, so for example in the situation above, I'd bet $5 each on the 3 individual matches, $5 on an accumulator for 2 of the matches, and $5 on an accumulator for all 3 of them... what do you think of that?

I'm the leader son :D
I know that, daddy, but it always helps getting a general consensus, and i might consider betting on the scores that most people agree on ;)

btw what do u think of my betting strategy in the last paragraph?

Well tough but you can get lucky. 5$ is risky, but to get money back, th ebest solution is to play $10 on Celtic, at least you'll be sure to get back something like $11.50, better than nothing

    Of course.

It was just that I hadn't decided my bets at that time. Then I forgot to reveal them here. :)

whenever i bet,i have a certain strategy while in the prediction game i only go with gut feeling.

eg. i do combinations of contradicting results sometimes eg. bet for a home win and 0 goals

btw i stopped playing the prediction game long ago,if you didn't notice.i was 6th last season:stuckup:;)(trying to predict every week is really pointless considering my faulty ethernet modem)

Okay, here's the bets I put down earlier today (i didn't have much time to think them through, wrote them down in about 2 minutes)

    Chelsea v Newcastle - $5 @ 5.65 = $28.25
    Man City v Leicester - $11 @ 7 = $77.00 (i swear I wrote $5, but i think i stuffed up and ticked the box with $11 :wallbang: Oh well, I hope it comes true :D)
    Arsenal v Tottenham - $5 @ 8.25 = $41.25
    Arsenal v Dynamo Kiev - $5 @ 8.00 = $40.00
    Inter Milan v Lokomotiv Moscow - $5 @ 9.00 = $45.00

Accumulator: Lokomotiv Moscow, Dynamo Kiev to win -
    $1 @ 72.00 = $72.00

    Total bet: $32
    Potential earnings: $303.50

Last time my bet was $20 with a potential of $550, and I wasn't very far away, but this time i thought i wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket...

I thought I was pretty close with the accumulator... Arsenal and Inter piss me off :(

So what I've got left is:

    Chelsea v Newcastle 2
    Man City v Leicester 2
    Arsenal v Tottenham 2
    Portsmouth v Leeds 2

What do you guys think? I always go for the highest odds, because i get :greedy:, but maybe i should get gradual, low-risk bets. Hmm I dunno...
