Pretty much my point.
Although The Hague should really be on that list of boring cities too. :D

Main sights include: International Court of Justice, Houses of Parliament and Europol

So what? Its still a beautiful city with a lot of sights. Have you ever been there?
As a child yes. Back in 1986. Don't remember it much.

Though Wijnegem isn't a city I'm amazed we're not on the list. Our village basically consists of a mall, with 20 houses or so built around it. Needless to say our village has become pretty rich (and boring) thanks to our grand mall.

Most of the "best" cities are boring. Likewise most of the "worst" cities are interesting activity filled places...

Come again. You will love it. Vienna rules!
I'm a working man. Don't have much 'freedom of movement'... Maybe one of these days though. Would you accomodate me?

Well, to life in Vienna is actually very good. We have a perfect public transfer system and the buildings are very nice but quite expensive.

Not only the buildings, all the living is quite expensive.

I bet Sweden is more expensive!

I won't say more expensive or less expenive. I would say they are almost level. So is Norway and Denmark.

Okay. How much is a beer in Sweden? In Euro
LOL, you really know what to ask for. Alcohol in Sweden is the most expensive thing in the whole world, ask for something else. :D

It really depends on the type of person. I don't know exactly what conditions those ranks were based on however i do know that Singapore is probably on of the biggest centrepoints for business and shopping on the planet.

However IMO it isn't the best place to live in on a permanent basis, regardless of it's safety, cleanliness and multicultural qualities. For different reasons.

However u can't argue if u are Singaporean, cause its ur home.

Nope, I would still pick HK, but I feel that Singapore should be mentioned too. No place is good to live in on a permanent basis, it is all up to personal opinion.

actually i am very happy in athens.
someone else might be very unhappy.

i think it mostly depends on the person and his lifestyle, and then on the city itself
