I really want this transfer to happen. Its so important these days to have a fullback who can produce offensively, thats all we've been lacking since our comeback to Serie A. Trem seems to be really good at creating chances, I think Amauri would fancy his crosses.

who is the cambiasso look alike?

thee is also a guy that looks like pirlo
Mathieu Chalme

Fernando Cavenaghi

All I know about him is that he creates a lot of chances for the offense. Wasn't he selected the best LB in France?

I see now that he had 8 assists last season and I compared him with the best fullbacks around Europe and the only fullbacks that had more assists than him last season was the two Brazilians Maicon and Dani Alves.
Yes he was selected the best leftback in Ligue, and rightfully so. He was one of Bordeaux's best players last season, and he is amazing going forward. He's a very good crosser of the ball, one of the best in Ligue, most of Chamakh's headed goals last season were from Trem's crosses.

Whilst Ive seen his attacking prowess, what are his defensive abilities like?.. Fred?
He is a little suspect defensively i have to admit. His height(or lack of it) is a problem in aerial balls, and he leaves a lot of space behind when he goes forward.

Thanks my good man. Youve confirmed what I had in mind about him, id like a better alternative but if not atleast he will do better than grosso.

Other than that, you said he had to cover the whole flank because of Wendel playing style? With 4-4-2 he won't need to cover the left flang on his own. Maybe with less work offensively or support from let's say Pepe defensively, the problem of leaving to much space might be solved? With 4-4-2 he won't need to cover the left flang on his own.

Nice stats that prove his attacking qualities:

2008/09---31 matches--- 7 assists
2009/10---48 matches--- 9 assists

79 matches and 16 assists in the last 2 seasons. I believe that only Maicon and Danny Alves have better numbers than this.

That is true. Though in all fairness to Wendel, he does track back defensively, its just that he isn't an out and out winger, he is originally a central midfielder, so he has a tendancy to drift inside when his team are in possession of the ball, this leads to Trem having to provide width on the left hand side, and at the same time be responsible defensively.
