every1 has different tastes...i kinda agree with your view but they can also but music no matter how its created can be beautiful

I used to feel the same but then I discovered the wonderful world of Trip-hop and artists like Massive Attack, Thievery Corporation, Portishead, etc. Those are all Disc spinners and make some pretty damn good music.

Massive Attack single handedly changed my mind about electronic music, I was really prejudiced as you are about it before, but now I've really grwon to respect it as an art.

Well Massive Attack are three DJs that got together and started doing music. :D

There are a ton of them. If you can, download the entire Mezzanine album. It's one of the best albums I've ever heard, all genres included(Teardrop is on that album). If you don't want to however, you can get: "Angel", "Dissolved Girl", "Risingson" next. Though seriously, even if you're on dial-up, get the whole album, it's so worth it.

All of their albums are great IMO, apart from Protection, that one was pretty weak.
