Crap's got it all figured out...

He can use the "versatile" Blasi as a RB, when the damn guy cant even play the midfield

and, he can play/waste Mutu on the flanks...

problem solved !!!!:cheesy:

That is why I stated "THUS FAR." We have not played Milan yet, obviously...

And how do you concieve the notion that I'm judging the whole season already? Can't say you're making much sense here mate...I'm only looking at the problems aflicting us now and probably in the future.
Well misunderstanding here, I thought that you talked about last season. But I oppose that notion this year too, how on Earth was away game vs. Bayern in CL the most important game so far? What about the match versus inter, Juve is practically through the groupstage anyway. How was that the most important game so far?

Oh no, how dare me? How dare me to whine that we could have better replacements than Blasi or Giannichedda?
Name them. Who would settle for sitting on the bench most of the time. And once again, why all this dis for Blasi, a NT member that played superbly in the beginning of the last season when he wasn't exhausted and started this season well too in totally different, weird position. Yes, he failed in Münich but so did everyone else. And about Giannichedda, as I said before I would have preferred similar Tacchinardi to him... But still, what makes him so bad? He was a starter at that good Lazio, he can play CB too and he's got vital experience. Give him a bit more time to settle and he'll improve even more.

There is no point discussing this with you unless you read my posts. Again I'm just talking about the midfield here..

I do not really think Barca fans will complain about their options in MIDFIELD...they are blessed with Van Bommel, Motta, Messi, Iniesta, and Gabri to choose from off the bench...please don't tell me Juventus has better options than that with Blasi, Giannichedda, Olivera, and perhaps Mutu...Magath can call on Scholl (better than any play we can call off the bench), Hargreaves, Jeremies, Karimi, and Bastian Schweinsteiger. Now tell me Bayern does not have more capable options in midfield than us.

Inter's midfield contains insufficient starters? Are you serious?
What the hell makes you think that I don't read your posts... I do. You overrate Bayern here a bit here. But in general, yes I agree that few teams has better bench players for midfield than Juve. So what? As I said, they lose Juve in other areas.

...And about inter, they've got Stankovic and Figo to start, both completely useless against bigger teams.

++ [ originally posted by AtotheB ] ++Sure, they can be replaced...with Giannichedda. A player we brought in on a free and is no better than Blasi and not as good as Appiah IMO...enough said about him.
Worse than Appiah? :dielaugh: Appiah couldn't do it in Juve, that's a fact, no matter how good potential he has. You rate Appiah better than Blasi just because you can only remember pretty recent matches, Blasi on autumn was even better than Appiah last spring.

Of course there is quality all over...I have not said anything about the overall quality except for the replacements for our top midfield players. I'm not satisfied with Giannichedda and Blasi and I'm not satisfied with not really having any real replacement for Camoranesi.
As I wrote earlier... About Camoranesi, I kind of agree, but Camoranesi is one of those key players, it would be impossible to replace them all without the quality suffering. And once again, Zambrotta in emergency situations. You want Mancini to sit on the bench? You honestly think him to settle for that?

Yes we won, playing half-arse as usual.
"Half-arse." :dontcare: This is Juventus, if you don't like it, that's your problem.

++ [ originally posted by AtotheB ] ++Asking for a better option than Giannichedda is impossible? Wow, that makes a lot of sense, especially when you consider he was free.

And I'm just about done with this discussion. ..if you're not going to read my posts there is no point. There probably isn't a point anyway because we just see this issue differently...time will tell us who is exactly right.
I wrote about Giannichedda already, and please tell me who's better than him to sit on the bench?

and yes, time will tell... Just like it did when we talked about Vieira and Pizzarro. ;)
