I think it would be equally tough mentally.

But then there's the probable sanction you'll get for raping someone opposed to the physical pain of the action itself. In the long run, it's perhaps more wise to choose for getting raped. Although it's very likely to destroy your life, it's not a certainty, which it is when you rape someone and get caught.
