    :howler:
2004-2005 season found legal by same court of higher power

even 5 year old kids know who ruled that court
Yea, someone of higher power than Juve. Exactly what I said.
but we weren't FOUND guilty, well at least according to the legal documents posted by gsol.
...and if I posted docs of guilt I'm sure you would be just as accepting.

but if they're court documents, aren't thet supposed to be facts, and if they're not, they're still supposed to be treated as facts. and in that case, we were supposed to be treated as innocent.

    ...and they can't be forged?

Come on, for all we know Gaysol could be just scanning documents and editing them to help his argument, unless I held a copy in my hand signed by the right people, they hold as much weight as an anorexic crack fiend.

They are jealous because he knows more than them.

Leave the Calciopoli thing to someone who actually knows something about it.

Denco uses common sense. Well, I can only say that now I respect Denco much less than before. He was owned in that thread like a little kid, posting nonsense, not reading and understanding any official documents or articles and avoiding good questions and answers rom GSOL. Denco is running in circles.

Juventus cheated? :rofl2: Wow, how did you come up with this conclusion? The trial sentence clearly says Juventus didn´t cheat but they were relegated becuase of the "new rules" in spirit of collective interest of the all the parties involved. Juventus was relegated becuase they were unbeatable. But you come here saying Juvenus cheated without knowing one thing about the case. Great job, Einstein. And you dare to inuslt GSOL. :disagree:

    He knows more than you.

Our problem is that Juventus was relegated wrongfully. Read something actually instead of playing clever guy.
For starters funny boy,,Juventus was relgated because of the violation of sport loyalty principles, which was used to influence matches.

Now coming to your friend Gsol.

Do you get paid to suck up to him?Maybe you do.You make Gsol sound like a messiah who was sent from the heavens for Juventus fans.If Mr.Messiah really is so great, why does he do his preaching on an Internet Forum of all places? Why is he the only one claiming to be the all knowing? Why is everyone not shouting slogans against the scandal from their rooftops? Why do so many people at much higher postions than you,and with far more intelligence than you and your messiah Gsol, not make any noise? Why is most of the''We werent guilty' lines come from the man who was at the heart of the scandal himself ie Luciano Moggi? Are you trying to tell me that Juventus has no support in Italy and the entire country has joined hands to bring Juventus down?Juventus is the biggest club in Italy, with the higest fan base in the country(Which is a FACT).Are you trying to tell me that there are no Juventus sympathizers in the higher authorities? If there are such people, then where the fuck are they? Why are they silent? Why dont they come out and shout against the punishment dished out to Juventus? Why are most of the people defending Juventus people associated from the club itself?Of Italy's population of 59,206,382 there is no a SINGLE person not associated with Juventus who can come forward and demand justice for the club?Or is your Messiah the only one who knows every thing that the scandal held?

I guess when people like you kiss his ass,he feels that he's doing something very noble, and now that he has his very own fan club consisting of 'logical' people like you,he only gets encouraged.People likeyou can stay in your comfortable cacoon and say that Juventus is the most innocent club the world ever saw.And everytime you do that,id piss you on with common sense.

"Why is everyone not shouting slogans against the scandal from their rooftops?"

Have you been to a game since and read the banners.

"Why do so many people at much higher postions than you,and with far more intelligence than you and your messiah Gsol, not make any noise?"

I guess appealing in a Continental court isn't noisy enough.

"Why is most of the''We werent guilty' lines come from the man who was at the heart of the scandal himself ie Luciano Moggi?"

    Should he lie?

"Are you trying to tell me that Juventus has no support in Italy and the entire country has joined hands to bring Juventus down?"

No just the FIGC and Telecom...that's all it took.

"Are you trying to tell me that there are no Juventus sympathizers in the higher authorities?"

There are many and they have spoken up too (like former Prime Minister Cosiga), unfortunately they did not preside over the trial.

"Of Italy's population of 59,206,382 there is no a SINGLE person not associated with Juventus who can come forward and demand justice for the club?"

Luc Mission (lawyer), Antonello Angellini(TV Personality), Giuseppe Belvisio (Lawyer), Carlo Padovano (Journalist) and thousands more that I find stupid listing.

"Or is your Messiah the only one who knows every thing that the scandal held?"

    In this thread...yes

"People likeyou can stay in your comfortable cacoon and say that Juventus is the most innocent club the world ever saw.And everytime you do that,id piss you on with common sense."

Don't talk about common sense until you demonstrate it. You are still defending an unlawful trial despite all the points that clearly show its illegitimacy.

Oh bullocks. I can give you one of these too:

"Do you have a shred of evidence that we're guilty? Do you have a clue as to what the motive was? Are you just trying to look unique and cool because you think we're guilty?"

Look buddy, just because there are more Juve fans in Italy doesn't mean that they're all lawyers or judges or that they own phone companies or that they were the president of Italy at that time. Your argument has no base.

People likeyou can stay in your comfortable cacoon and say that Juventus is the most innocent club the world ever saw.And everytime you do that,id piss you on with common sense.
Is that it? You want to seem different? You think you'll be treated differently if you think different than others? Cause it's not working. You seem like an idiot for believing the opposite just for the sake of it. We are like the wind blowing in one direction, and you're trying to pee on us, but it's not working and it's turning around and hitting your right in the face :D

After reading the thoughts of the posters here I am at times baffled.

There are those who ask serious questions out of curiosity and I encourage that but other here just seem determined to deny that I have done my homework and found out what they have not.

    - The only sentences regarding the trial state that no matches were fixed
    - The only guilt that could be confirmed for the team was related to article 1 violations punishable by a minimal point penalty and fine after 100,000 wiretaps
    - Judges later admit to being pressured into relegating the team despite no grounds to do so legally
    - Judges admit that to justify the relegation the laws had to be changed
    - Wiretaps obtained without warrants
    - Confessions by Telecom employee regarding evidence tampering
    - Swiss SIM card tables show signs of computer generation
    - Trial Commissioner former Director of the rival team that was handed a title
    - Same Commissioner given a director chair at Telecom Italia weeks following the relegation
    - Title stripped for a season not even under investigation
    - Telecom provides wiretaps under direction of Director Moratti who owns rival club (admitted on two TV stations by him personally)
    - Telecom owner Tronchetti is Italian Soccer’s biggest sponsor through TIM (Telecom sister company) and is Inter’s biggest sponsor through Pirelli
    - Estimated 18 month trial concluded in 22 days
    - First trial illegitimately omitted (Disciplinaria) for time purposes and trial takes place in a Court of Appeals where Guido Rossi hand selected each judge
    - Sports Minister Melandri publically thanked Ferrari president and FIAT Director Montezemolo for retracting the team’s appeal in civil court
    - Months later Montezemolo’s Ferrari team is sponsored for millions by Telecom Italia where Rossi, Tronchetti, and Moratti sat on the board

If all this isn’t enough to have people ask themselves “was our relegation legitimate”? Than I don’t know what is. There I talk of “common sense” but disputing all this isn’t common sense. It’s a cry for attention. Many have tried to discredit me and all have failed so far. Saying “Juve’s too big a club to relegate for nothing” is utterly stupid because that is precisely what happened. There were motives. Powerful people wanted it. That’s not to say we were guilty of anything that merits the sentence.
