Maybe dont give the biggiest tactical job of the country to the neanderthal that was just known for running around nonstop hacking at people's heels.

No football thought process in his mind at all.

What a phyrric victory this is.

How the fuck do you score two own goals against... Israel? Was this game staged like other disasters of the past? It is September, after all.

If it wasn't staged, then Italy should be disqualified from the tournament. Israel has enough helping hands in life. The match wasn't even in Palestine!

It's in Hebrew. It says "Kill the babies in Gaza".
They cut away from it pretty quickly, so it had to be something that UEFA didn't like.

Very soft own goals too. Likely some of our tax dollars were diverted to Locatelli and Bastoni in an attempted PR win for them. Thanks, Trump.

I don't think Italy ever scored so many goals in two consecutive matches. Maybe in the Mussolini era.
I was curious as well, looks like there was 11 back in 2021.

It's not even like Israel did anything tactically great to trouble Italy. That's already a warning sign of how out of depth Gattuso is, someone who has pretty much failed at every job he's been at. Ofcourse it would be unfair of me to blame him entirely for the mess he has... but I hope and seriously believe that Gattuso's short comings in the sense that I can't see Italy even qualifying for the world cup will bring an end to that prehistoric piece of shit they call Gravina.

And rightly so, I cant believe they've not been banned yet. The national team are a disgrace to give these assholes a respectable scoreline.
The Irony is, wasn't it the Romans that occupied and exiled the Jews out of Judea?
