They won't like hearing it but women's nets should be 10% smaller than men's. Average height of keepers is like 5'8". Imagine Chico Conceicao trying to save shots in the corners, it's ridiculous.
That's a good point and the lack of height of the goalkeepers makes women's football look really bad at times. Have to say though that with this recent tournament at least the outfield players look sort of fit. That was definitely the biggest issue until recently.
The reason they haven't considered smaller goals might be because it would make it harder for clubs to implement women's teams. Most goals for competitive games, at least in continental Europe, are fixed into the ground and you can't swap them very easily. Either you'd have to work with removable goals (which is an option as they are often used for training, but are generally considered somewhat less safe and less stable) or you'd have to have seperate pitches for women.

Not sure about the league. Inter did reach the CL final and KDB signed for Napoli.
The national team is horrendous though, I hope they figure it out.
