Too many errors as well, Bonucci looked really shaky even early on. Normally he'll make an error from overconfidence, but he didn't seem right. Maybe going to the back four was more difficult for him as he has to play a different role than as the sweeper.

But we've all seen these Italy matches a million times, the team is never 100%, and there aren't many teams who won't give you a game left in UEFA.

That's what I thought as well. Going back to a back four probably affected his game more than it should have.

It's funny how I worry for Italy MUCH more when they play Armenia/Georgia/Cyprus etc than I do if they're playing Germany or Netherlands. Hehe.

Italy's record isn't being underlined because they don't trash the small teams 10-0 like Germany or the Netherlands do.

Germany lost 0:3 at Czechia in Euro2008 qualifiers, Spain also lost 2 games in those qualifiers, can't be arsed to check 2010 and 2012 qualifying records, but I think Italy may have the longest streak going on here.
