They aren't one of the favourites but this guy is irrelevant in elite football matters now. Italy were 7th favourites for Euro 2020 and are considered 6th favourites for this tournament, but their odds are considerably longer as England and France are clear favourites and then after Portugal and Spain the odds get a lot longer. There was more parity in 2021.

Davide Frattesi was back in full training with Italy today, but while Barella and Fagioli only worked in the gym, they should be ready for the EURO 2024 opener with Albania.

Barilla and Fagioli worked separately from the group in the gym, as they continue to nurse minor muscular issues and don’t want to unduly aggravate them so close to the opening game.

Both are expected to be available for that match against Albania, even if neither will probably start, as Barella is rested for the tougher group ties with Spain and Croatia while Fagioli is an alternative to Cristante.

Spalletti’s Rules: -No people walking around with headphones in
-No people who laugh and joke “dirty”
-12pm technical meeting, 12:45 lunch, 8pm dinner
-PlayStations banned (Scamacca would stay up late on it instead of getting rest)
-Limited phone use

So anyone know the correct Italia starting 11? Sad that Fagioli not available and wondering if Barella will play?

Glad to see no Cristante having to start. Also Calafiori in there and hopefully playing well. And if he does, hope already signed a contract. No Fags but expect to see him next match.
