Best goalkeeper - Buffon

Best Midfielder - Nedved

Best defender - Roberto Carlos

Best forward - Nistelrooy


Im pleased Although i would personally give it to Nedved, Buffon has been brilliant...and goalkeeping isn't rewarded as often as strikers and midfielders are. Its abbout time a goalkeeper won it and who better than Gigi !

Nedved would have surely got it had he played in the Final.

Roberto Carlos didn't deserve to win this award. Nesta, Maldini and Thuram were much better than him.

and although i'm happy for Buffon, Nedved deserved the MVP much more IMO.
anyway very good for juve. Milan got none awards excpet Maldini being the president's favorite... just shows their campaign wasn't so impressive as people might think.
