I downloaded the same software he used except one version newer and it supports .mov as an input but not as an output.

On your software, click file > open and in the drop down box check what video formats it can open. I'll convert it to one of them. The options I have are: .mpg, .avi, .wmv.

I tried to open a .avi file but it just comes up as a white video. :confused:

Christina, I did it the old school way. I opened up the file in Windows Movie Maker and captured each frame and then opened each one on Fireworks. Took me forever!

Thanks anyways.
