In the end Vidal is worth more than 37 million but reallt its only valued when you sell. Its like owning stock...you only get your value when you sell. And the market said we cant get our value. Its not like Moratta said real can shove their 70 million dollar offer elsewhere. This was the highest bid we could get this year and it wouldnt go up from here being 28 and an athletically based player

But when you sell stock, you don't just set a sell order at the first price that becomes available, unless it's a stop loss order. So that's Marotta's fault as well in your own stock scenario.

David Luiz is 28 now and went for almost twice as much as Vidal, so obviously Moratta got it wrong again.

I agree with you about Vidal (sort of) but Beppe's *insert Klin/ZoSo JPEG here* with the Tevez deal.
I agree. I won't blame Beppe for the way we handled Tevez' departure, even if it wasn't very ideal, but we knew what we were getting with him. I thought the mutual respect (between Tevez and Juve) shown was kinda classy.

Vidal is a total different story.

Which was what I thought and if that is the case it isnt compared to the level of stupidity shown by PSG.
:agree: it was just pure stupidity by PSG.

I can understand selling Vidal, I love the player and think he is an absolute beast...my main gripe is obviously with the price. I know we dont know the full details about the transfer (yet), but he is worth so much more than 37M to us.

Vidal was really regretful for the DUI, couldn't our management forgive him just this time?
lol, has there ever been a suggestion that he is being sold because of the DUI?

Not just the price. It's very, very strange that we were only approached by Bayern and it all seemed rather too quick to convince us that we actually tried to convince him to stay. Beppe's agenda about us selling those who want to leave also suggests the same. It's kinda pathetic.

It's such a stupid thing, why would Bayern buy him then?
