it kind of makes sense if you think about it.

in april, conte said that the club lacked the fund to compete in cl. then suddenly now we have 60 million plus to spend on morata and itrube?

smart thinking by conte using the money that is coming from the vidal sale before his actual sale so clubs dont charge us more

I'm from Chile and they are showing Vidal on TV now.

The journalist asked him if he's happy in Juventus and if his Chilean fans will watch him in black&white next year again. He replied: "I am very happy in Juve. I want to stay but that's up to the club. The financial situation in Italian football is very bad. I want to stay, I do, but if I were to leave I will do it only for a historically important club in one of the top 2 leagues in the world.
Then the journalist said: "Barca or Real?" Vidal replies: "Both are big clubs". Journalist: "United, Arsenal Chelsea and Manchester City?". Vidal: "Only one of them is a historically big club" and he smiled. PSG? "I said only Juve or top 2 leagues".

Bad news for us and good news for the United fans browsing this thread :wallbang:
This isnt even a fraction of the flirting Del Piero used to do with Man Utd.

United and Juventus players allways had mutual respect. Vidal continiue's the tradition of stating there is only 1 big team with big history in england that is still top today, wich is manchester united.

I dont see why this is bad. The reporter keeps on poking him about it, its not like "so arturo, what team do you like " and he answers "man united".

If you ask 5 trough questions to any given player, they'll single out a team aswel, stop fainthing like Busquets

Let's be honest guys, we're not a big enough club to keep one of the world's best talents. Too much corruption, diving and spitting in Italian football. Juve needs the money and Paulinho would be a good replacement. Maybe also bring in Song from Barca to replace Pogba. That would still be a title winning midfield in Serie A.

Yep Pogba is clearly the most likely of the two to be sold (age factor, his agent, his most likely desire to play for a Madrid type club, we'd get a better transfer fee etc) but even then, I expect Pogba to stay another minimum season or two with us before he leaves.

I just can't see why we'd even contemplate selling our best player ( by far) and our best midfielder, esp to a club who doesn't even have CL and probably won't even be able to offer us a massive transfer fee like some other clubs. To me this "saga" doesn't make sense, and I expect in the next week or so the club to come out and finally squash these rumours.
exactly

y sell to then go around europe shopping around to look for someone of lesser quality and who their club will caall a shitload of cash for and demand a shitload of wages

what are we the 'help manu get back to the top charity'?
