The 30% colo-colo agreement is between nbayer leverkussen and colo colo. We aint negotiatiating with colo-colo, its not exactly a 70% buyout and we pay then pay out the other 30% to colo colo ourselfs. From how I understand it and this is how its always been is that the the club who sold the player (colo-colo) can have a clause whereby they get 30% of any future sale of the player. In which case once baye levekussen recieve their money, they then have to live by that agreement between them and colo-colo by paying out 30%.
