The real problem with Felipe Melo is that he doesn't have the right mentality to be in a great team. He's all "me, me, me" and sacrifices nothing for the team. And when he's really pissed he stirs up shit in training (I've seen a clip of a fight he picked with Iaquinta), gets a red card or starts talking shit about the club and the fans. To me he came across as a troublemaker and an incredibly stupid person. A baby trapped in a man's body.

I can't think of any player I've hated more during all of my years watching Juve, and my only hope now is that Gala pays the transfer fee so that he'll be gone for good.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, Felipe Melo - the legend: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39Bz3apyzQU

When it comes to Montolivo, though, I agree with you. We should sign him as depth. If he doesn't agree to be a sub, then he can rot in Viola.

Basically what I think of him too. Although he certainly wasnt my most hated player.

harsh, but alot of truth here

The difference between Vidal and Melo.

One has an infinitely positive mindset while the other crumbles everytime something goes against him
and thats one of the 4 mayor reasons why our midfield is that good this season

after conte's transformation of marchisio

and before having a coach with balls, and pirlo instead of aqua

u can see everytime he messes up a lil he acknowledges to himself...his mannerisms are that of someone who is trying hard (like him slapping himself on the forehead) and never wants to put a foot wrong for this club and the fans...great mindset indeed! i love this player! great acquisition...if id have known when i first admired him in that u20 championship in canada years ago that this wud be a juve player i wudve gone mental..

Not really true. Melo was faced with adversity at every turn last season and still was the most consistent performer among our squad.

Mello was strongly depend on total team form. If thing are going well on the pitch he is acting like superman. But if the team become sinking, Melo one of the first's who break away, lose motivation and concentration, consequently get more red cards and failures in midfield passing anywere but not to teammates.

Melo was our best midfielder last season. And his transfer remains unjustifiable. I can't explain that some players need to feel wanted more than others temperamentally. I don't have a problem with that if the player gives his alll on the pitch. Which I think Melo did for a better part of the season last year.

Brazil WC red card?

Parma red card?

He has many such examples throughout his career. He can't take it when he's under the pump, invariably he reacts in a negative fashion, at times leading to a red card

Well. He got one red card last year and we were unbeaten for 15 games or something in that period. So your theory of him getting red card when we were losing goes out of the window. He was still our best player when were getting beaten by the likes of Milan.
